Didn't have a 24hr person, so check in was difficult but otherwise fine.

    Location, staff and comfort

The main entry, no elevator, (lots of stairs) no phones in the rooms and no reception only in the afternoon times for a couple of hours.

as always, very nice, very clean, very friendly staff. you do have to call ahead of time, to announce you arrival, but that is the nice thing about this hotel you come and go as you please, because there is no reception, and this is reflected on the price. i love to stay there, so close to so many nice restaurants. in the room, everything is excelent quality

Really modern and clean place to stay right at the pedestrian street. Don't let the rough look of the corridor fool you, it's like stepping into another world when you come in. Room was spacious and very modern with a nice view to the street. Big tv, comfortable bed, cool bathroom, very friendly staff! You can make your own coffee and tea and we were given a map of the city.

Wifi didn't work well in the room, I think because of the thick walls. Heating was on full and I was sweating a lot, which was really uncomfortable. We were told it's because the central heating that can't be controlled by them, so I understand it is not their fault. When I came to the hotel there was a marabou in my room.

Location, design, atmosphere, the staff was very helpfull. The rooms are very nice designed with attention to the details, excellent, the hotel is situated on the main pedestrian street with plenty of restaurants, bar, tec.

There is no proper light for make-up in the bathroom or in the room, for mens is not a problem but for womans is a bit frustrating.

    Room was clean and comfortable.

Needed proper blankets and basic toiletries. Initially the staff was rude and not helpful. No airport pick up even with a confirmation email. Lighting was confusing.

The 4-6 rooms that this boutique hotel consists of are hidden on the second floor of an old building. The room was clean and had all facilties. The price was very fair. I strongly recommend visiting Oradea.

Being a tiny boutique hotel there is no reception. As such, some arrangements need to be made when you check in. Not a big deal, though.

The rooms are excellently equipped, modern and clean. It is one of the most central hotel rooms of Oradea.

The building entrance is still unimproved. Don't be afraid of going into the building -- the rooms are great!

A ver good position and modern room in an old building.

We did not realise there is no reception, just a phone number on the wall. As we didn't have a phone this was a problem. We found someone to ring for us but had to cart our luggage around all morning as they could not meet us before 2pm. We suggested that they make it clear on that there is no reception but this wasn't well received.

The location is the best in town for visiting the city center. The rooms are among the most beautiful I have seen, including many that cost 5 times as much.

Uhhh, okay. I don't really mind that there's a lack of full-time reception, however, I would have liked to know that before I booked. It seems to be common practice for hotel staff to call you after you've booked, inform you that there's no reception, and make arrangements to check you in personally. In most cases this is fine, but if you're not the sort who travels with a mobile phone, it's an unpleasant surprise. Even that wouldn't be a big deal if the person meeting you didn't proceed to ream you for not having a phone. Bizarre. Between the great location and rooms and the bizarro world service, this is probably the most uneven experience I've ever had. Would I repeat? Sure. Just know what you're getting into.
