Did not have any problem
friendly people great location
Slow reception work while crowded
The size of the room, the pool area & the business lounge.
Poor lighting in the bathroom, the overhead shower and the service at the pool bar was erratic.
Great people working there incredible service
The hotel was full with tourists
- Very Nice Service - Clean/comfortable rooms - Nice range of different TV channels and movie on demand - Good working AC - Fast free internet - Nice Breakfast
- Arrival at the hotel, everywhere cars parked , nobody from the hotel outside to welcome or guide you - Reception Area very crowdie and Chaotic - Elevators are very dark inside (creepy feeling) - Beautiful Spa with swimming pool but regretfully they allow non hotel guests so you really feel like being at a public Aqua park (lot of screaming guests/kids and no available chairs...) - Hotel allows outside in front of their hotel "maffia" taxi's --- BE AWARE OF THIS BECAUSE HOTEL DOESN'T INFORM YOU OR SUPPORT IN CASE OF PROBLEMS/OVERPRICE!
The breakfast was the best I had during 4 weeks in Central Europe. The selection was vast and the wait staff friendly and very helpful.
The checking in and check out was slow. Only 2 of the 4 desks were staffed and some of the staff although always courteous we're not very well trained.
Location Pool area
The staff are not service minded for a 5 star hotell! Drinks and food way overpriced! For example 1.5 liter still water on the room 37 Ron (10 USD)
Great new and beautiful hotel, lovely hotel bar and swimming pool, business lounge with free drinks between 6-10PM.
- Some of the staff was not 4-5 star hotel worthy - not helpful at reception desk. If I ask if the receptionist if she might know how much the parking is outside the hotel I don't expect: 'I have no idea because I do not have a car' as an answer. Same goes for some of the male staff in the pool bar who thought they were to cool for school. Aside from it being a lovely hotel the weekend I was there it was packed with Israeli people that apperently visit Bucharest over the weekend for gambling who were incredibly rude to the staff and other people in the hotel. It seems to be common practice by both Romanian and Israeli to claim every one of the 50 beds at the swimming pool for the whole day without vacating them and shout and yell at people. It was so bad I went across the street to have my breakfast at the Hilton each morning. I have stayed in both the Hilton and the Intercontinental in Bucharest and didn't have this experience.
Good Breakfast comfortable rooms Nice Pool & Jacuzi
the staff at the reception desk we ordered the family suite 3 months ahead but lost it for a client who wished to extend his stay we were told that our deal did not include breakfast although the receipt explicitly indicated that it did
the hotel is very comfortable.
at check-in the receptionist was very rude. at check-out the receptionist (another lady) was very nice. I guess the hotel's new policy is to make people leave the hotel. otherwise, a really good hotel.
Pool, room service, location
personnel slow response, and very crowded pool during weekends.
perfect hotel voor business and pleasure (or a combination...)
Location and Pool Facilities
A bit crowed around the pool at weekends.
Good service, nice room, good breakfast, nice pool.
The outdoor pool area is open to non-guests for the sunday brunch and it is impossible to get a space.
Great location, walking distance to the old town. Very good quality of food at the Steak and Seafood restaurant. Nice pool and pool facilities.
Gets crowded during the weekend with the external guests coming just for the pool, so you may expect a serious hunt for a sun bed.
There no security at all. At the middle of the night a woman tried to enter my room. How such things can be possible in a hotel where even the lifts are working with room cards. I have left my mobile in the taxi I took in front of your hotel and it's gone. No real interest and help from the staff. They did not care at all. Nobody is standing in front of the door to welcome the guests. And nobody is helping or guiding the leavers. Completely poor service at all.
I have been staying a lot of times in the Radisson Blu in Bucharest - and this was the first time that the air conditioning was smelling really bad.
Great service! Friendly personnel. Very good sport facilities: gym and swimming pools.
First they couldn't find my booking.com reservation, then they had the wrong, much higher price, the. After I paid in ron I got a message saying my booking was modified (so the amount I paid in ron was a higher amount in eur than my reservation - not by much, but as a principle...) without my permission. Conclusion: unprofessional or their system cannot handle booking.com reservations properly.
Location, gym, fresh fruits, room service, excellent!
Price was higher than booked on booking.com so I had to ask them to re-check and adjust the price. Pretty embarrassing to put customer in such a position. Embarrassing for them in this case.
The Business Suite.was very good as was the pool area.
In contrast to the staff generally the staff at the gymnasium were not helpful. We were charged more than Bookings.com advised was the room rate and this is still to be finalized.
Great lounge, good beds, nice bar and staff
The business lounge was pretty nice
1. Front-desk staff must undergo "client service" courses. 2. Going to the health requires hell of efforts.
All over the hotel looks good.
Room is clean but simple things like desk service and lounge service where disappointing. At the checkout i told them what was my opinion but no interest what was wrong. Last the prices are 5 times more than normal bucharest pricing. You find better hotels in buchurest than this one.
