struttura molto ben disegnata come architettura ,disponibilita' di servizi di qualita' ottima,accogliente ,con personale molto qualificato e disponibile. nella notte del mio pernottamento era in corso una festa per matriomonio molto rumorosa e la disposizione elle camere era tale che il rumore arrivasse fino alla mia camera. |

la bellissima atmosfera in gran parte determinata dall'eccellente design delle aree comuni. un espresso al bar costa quasi 4 euro, comunque troppo per bucarest, anche per un hotel 5 stelle |

posizione centrale e vicinanza con centri di shopping confort della camera pulizia dei servizi sia privati che pubblici lunga attesa ai vari ristoranti disponibili nella struttura ed orari di chiusura troppo ridotti,inoltre per un hotel di lusso e per la grande presenza di italiani,è necessario che tutto lo staff dell'albergo parli anche questa lingua |

La cortesia del personale, la buona qualità dei ristoranti e la loro disponibilità. La collocazione dell'albergo è buona anche per un facile accesso al centro urbano. Il letto con cuscini troppo scomodi. Il sistema di riscaldamento scarso o mal regolato |

I enjoyed my stay in the Hotel very much . The staff were very accommodating , warm and friendly . They were very helpful with all my request and the service was impeccable . A big cheer to the management and staff of Radisson Bucharest . |

The staff were very helpful and kind, always trying to help out if possible. Rooms were clean and well furnished and bathroom a treat. Quality you come to expect of a Radisson. Welcome you come to expect from friends. The spa has bizarre opening hours for Massage treatments. |

It is very near to the National Museum and there are some nice restaurants around the hotel. The pool was under restauration, the room was not clean enough for five stars. |

disign ,value for money,location 10 minutes after my arrival the police lifted my car right outside the hotel for parking violation,because the doorman was propably sleeping at the time.The manager still hasnt answer my complains i sent via email.I had to pay more than 200 euro to take the car back.. |

Excellent central location & the amenities were great! I did not expect that. The day we showed up at the hotel the heat and humidity was unbearable but the beautiful pool and spa took care of that. My wife had not seen her Grandmother in 25 years and this hotel played an important role in this successful reunion! |

every single thing from the look to the service to the amenities. Especially liked the cocktail menu and the Business Lounge, fab view of the Palace of the People. Main pool wasn't in service but we were able to use the gym pool which was fine but the main pool looked much better. I did see people reapiring it. |

The overall style/decor Worst was reception 'upgrading' us to superior room and subsequently discovering it was not. Website says "american b'fst" it was not. Our room was plumbed for hot air only into the room with no adjustment option- apalling. The consequent room move was slow. Spa did not open when advertised and did not offer the massage advertised. Lifts were not as smooth as they can be. Parking expensive |
