In spite of the dark entrance the appartment is joyfull. The bath I asked for in advance, was there, but without the little black thing to stop the water. Without this to have a bath in the appartment is of no use. |

The accomodation was for three star very clean and tidy the appartment had everything needed. The appartment had no curbside appeal we initially wanted to run away. However once inside the appartment it was clean and well decorated. There were three of us but only one room key. Not really ideal but a minor point. On appearance the outside and stairway looked and smelled bad but the appartment was very good for the money. |

Well maintained apartment with every facility, including for cooking. Central location with bus terminus outside and taxi rank. On top floor and therefore quiet. |

the room was very clean. the room was with tv, modem, microwave oven, washing machine, hairdryer, air conditioned. the representive of the hotel very kind. the stairs was very bad. no shutters at the windows, |

The location is absolutely superb for exploring all of Bucharest - right in the centre of town on one of the main streets. The staff were so helpful, particularly after the airline lost my baggage - they went out of their way to ensure that I got it back the next day. I would recommend these apartments to anyone, a great base to explore the wonderful city of Bucharest |

Great location, right in the city center.Its a common residence high tower building.Good view though.So it was a good adventure and good experience to stay there.A small kiosk at the ground floor.Running till late. Wifi did not work.By the time we got to the accommodation, someone above us was reconstructing a unit.Quite a lot noise making. |

we had a clean and spacious apartment and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Very good idea to be picked up at the airport. The location was downtown but there wasn't much around to do for a visitor in that particular area. We had to taxi or metro to get everywhere (which was very cheap). |

The roon is very good also the location the building and the elevator is not so nice and the building don't have reception but this is not a big problem |

It was cold, my internet did not work, i could not contact anyone from rainbow as my in house phone could not call cell phones and that is all they have. They did not speak English |

Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff. Apartment very comfortable, very clean, nice decorated and fully equipped with all modern facilities. Conclusion: excellent condition for a very good price. |

The apartment was clean, comfortable and located in the center of Bucharest. The staff was very friendly and helpful with everything, including ordering taxis and making sure they arrived. Staying there with a little child was also without trouble. The taps leaked while in use and the locks on the front door needed some figuring out, but nothing was so major that you couldn't accept it as part of the flat. |

you could easily increase the quality: koffie and teabags in the kitchen; a map in the room; a list with service numbers and a map with most imortant services in the surrounding; bedsheet covered by sheetcover instead of diy. |

Location, staff trying to help, but not very competent. If you have a problem you are on your own. Do not stay at this place, almost nothing works, elevators are a hazard,front entrance and stairs in very bad condition. This stay was more like a nightmare than a vacation, had problems every day with something not working or breaking. |
