The hotel is very expensive for what it offer. The location is outside Brasov, near to the main road and train, so it's not so quiet... |

I liked the design of the hotel and the location. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. I did not like the fact there was no water for over an hour on our second morning and that they refused to do our laundry. |

The room was very clean, well decorated and spacious. The breakfast was also very good and the staff at the restaurant very helpful. At checking out , the hotel charged us for some articles from the minibar which we had not consumed. Initially they refused to accept our version at the checkout desk, but then after a lot of discussion, they changed our bill. This left a rather bad taste in the mouth. The hotel should also train its staff to first show the bill to the guest , and only after their approval, to charge the credit card and not the other way around. |

it's too bad that they did not build this hotel somewhere closer to town, although it is conveniently placed on DN 1 |

because it is new everything was in perfect order; rooms big enough and very comfortbale; very pretty interior; - location is terrible, right by the major highway in an industrial area; - staff has no knowledge about Ramada participation in airlines' frequent flyer programs; |

I liked the comfort the design and the cleanliness of the rooms. Terenul viran din spatele hotelului ar trebui amenajat, in cazul in care este in proprietatea hotelului. |

Very polite, helpful and friendly staff, I havwe stayed at many hotels in Brasov Aro Palace Piatra Mare and the service in the Ramada is far superior |

Programul TV trebuie neaparat imbunatatit. Contine mult porno si absolut deloc muzica. Iluminatul la baie este absolut insuficient pentru efectuarea toaletei. |

Au sein de l'hotel la proprete et le luxe font que l'on se sent tres bien. Je suis abasourdi par la vue de notre chambre. Je n'arrive pas a comprendre pourquoi, autour d'un hotel tout neuf qui a coute tres cher certainement, il n'y a pas eu de finition. Quelques camions de terre et un peu de gazon n'auraient pas allourdi le cout de cet etablissement. Est ce la Roumanie qui a deja attaque les promoteurs ou proprietaires?Meme le parking etait sans revetement. |
