Ramada Hotel & Suites Bucharest North    

Everything. Staff were friendly, helpful - even gave us breakfast late one morning because we missed it. Really couldn't do enough for us.

Could do with having a few more sun loungers. We were lucky that our stay was over a bank holiday weekend as this meant there were not many guests. But I can imagine during the Summer only 4 sun loungers could cause a problem.

Access to fitness center was not easy to understand at first.

A Smiling face & honest hospitality. Great Food Service. Great respect to privacy. Very Secure Area. Nice Lobby & Bar for hosting friends.

Really great staff - all with good English, rooms OK - Restaurant above average - generally very good. Convenient for the airport.

Located out of town (taxi's are very reasonable though) Wanted to sit out in the garden but was told that 'I don't know where the chairs are' ???

Breakfast and the little spa

While making the booking I was shown the price in euros, but they never mention that the hotel has a " special rate exchange", so in fact you pay (a bit) more as you expected.

The restaurant's food, the rooms, the staff, the wifi in the rooms, the free expresso machine in the rooms, cleanliness. Will stay there again.

The TV cable in the rooms was too expensive for just 24h.

Nothing! It was totaly NOT what one expects from a Ramada hotel!

1. All the area in front of the hotel was covered of thin ice, was extremelly slippery. I told them, nobody did anything 2. This is not a real "Ramada". It belongs to some local company, that leases Ramada logo. Booking.com SHOULD MAKE THAT CLEAR! 3. The parking was fully covered of ice and guests have to pay extra for it!... 4. WiFi NOT available in rooms, only cable 5. Very old, somehow shaby fittings in all hotel. Must have never been refurbished the last 20yrs.... 6. Extremelly rude, typical local mentality staff..... 7. The pre-charged my card before entering the room, giving some mambo-jumbo explanations for this 8. RAMADA should be more careful to whom and how they are giving their logos. They were also demonstrating some awards the had from RAMADA global administration.For what???

Large room with plenty of space even with sofabed open, nice coffee making in the room. Offered to have sandwiches ready for our checkout, which was before the breakfast hours.

Couldn't control the temperature in the room. Very hot for us, very normal for Romania in general. It would have been nice to at least have the option to turn it off.

Good access to Otopeni airport, Business - conference hotel. Good equipment, good breakfast, very friendly staff.

You've to watch out for taxi ordered by hotel, they are unchecked. For the jouney to the airport - normal price is C.A. 14 ron, ordered at the reception taxi driver wanted me to pay 50 ron (it wasn't a limo). He said that this is a contract with hotel.....

The internet service is very slow and difficult to use, the parking system is stupid with some tokens that you have to stay in line at the reception to revalidate every time you want to take your car out of the parking and if the small black token is lost you have to pay for it 10 Euro. The worst service in general that I’ve got in a Ramada hotel in Romania ever.

Ideally located close to the Bucharest Airport. Very friendly and professional staff.

Access to the front door - it leads from the main road through appartment complex. This should be better sign-posted.

New hotel at a very nice and quiet neighborhood. A huge green park nearby. Spacious rooms. Restaurant with good kitchen at a reasonable price. Friendly staff.

Prices in the restaurant are extremly high. There were 2 weddings at night, and it was very noisy, we could't get asleep for a long time.

Very clean and the hotel staff were excellent.

Its handy for the airport but not the city centre.

Service, friendly staff, pricing, room service, comfort

Hotel location is perfect, close to airport an located in the French district. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. Kitchen is also perfect worth to try!

Could be nice to have unlocked windows in the room.

Location could be an issue for some but the hotel is walking distance from excellent restaurants in the nearby park and just 15 minutes from Otopeni Airport or 5 minutes from Baneasa Airport (location of an excellent air show when we were there) but no real effort to reach the Old Town and other sights by inexpensive taxis. Rooms standard size but have all you need. Buffet Breakfast excellent. There's also a small but perfectly formed swimming pool in the summer and excellent food served on the terrace. Staff most helpful and motivated to ensure a very pleasant stay, all at reasonable prices..

Cool hotel, very cheap and good location (is not central but from the location can arrive quick everywere!)

The pool and the outside bar are amazing! Great to have a cocktail by the pool. The outside tables are perfect to have a snack or a full meal!

Exelint location, staff is very frendly. Restorants is 5 stars.

Hotel staff was very pleasant and profesional. The rest was ok, not super, not bad.

posizione tranquilla, le camere silenziose e pulite , ottima colazione , ristorante per il pranzo o cena ottimo , connesione wi-fi in tutta la struttura decisamente da consigliare

qui dipende dal motivo di viaggio , hotel si trova nel quartiere residenziale , delle ambasciate ,lontano dal centro --ma basta prendere un servizio taxi -- molto efficiente -- ma tutto questo non è negativo
