Kindness of staff, excellent services (especially laundry)
The temperature in the hotel was extremely high. No need for the thermostat in the hallways to be set to 28 celsius.everything else OK, new wifi system much better
Atmosphere, staff, room service, location, has good parking.
pillows were quite high for my taste, WiFi was weak in my room but it had also LAN which was good. Check-in time was 3pm which is a bit too much...
Everything was very good. Restaurant, nice room with great area (I was upgraded to a better room free of charge), breakfast, staff - all was very good.
it is superb in every category
I liked everything
i liked the staff , the location ( close to romexpo) safe area ,
parking has to be paid , should be free for guests, breakfast was not so good .
First of all the location of the hotel is great, 15 minutes to the Otopeni Airport, 10 minutes to the shopping center, 10 minutes to Victorie square, however the signs on the main road that point towards the hotel are completely wrong!!!!! It took as 20 minutes going round and round and round as the arrow on the main road points left but the hotel is the other direction. Finally getting to the road that takes you into the hotel car park, you will see again 2 arrows that indicate both left and right, which is frustrating. Anyways the lovely lady who checked us in apologised for the inconvenience and offered us an upgraded room for all the hassle, gesture that was very much appreciated. Besides the dirty water who run in our shower for 30 minutes because the room hasn't been used in quite a while( explanation which we have received after informing front office) we had no problem with the room or the toilet. Very spacious room, very modern and spacious bathroom, everything was spotless, big comfortable bed, very quiet and elegant. Breakfast was the best we had in our 2 weeks tour in Romania, quite a wide variety of options, the restaurant extremely elegant. There is also a lovely terrace with a pool that feels like a oases in the heart of Bucharest, we have for sure received a 5 star customer service! The waiter who attended us on our first day was absolutely dedicated to serve us, as well as the lovely girl who checked us in and checked us out, what an asset for the hotel these 2 employees!
We would have rated Excellent for the customer service if we wouldn't have came across another young lady in front office. As one of the mornings at 9am we have been disturbed bya maid who entered our room without giving us any time toreact, I immediately informed front office, as we wanted to make sure it won't happen in the following mornings. The lady didn't even apologised instead almost throwing it to my face that was out fault we didn't put outside the door the sign DND. The policy left me completely speechless as on holiday i am sure nobody wants to worry about signs on their hotel room doors. We would have let it go if the young lady would'vebeen a trainee, but worst on her badge was written Anca Shift Leader. Also we came across the unhelpful shift leader when we required a scale to check the weight of our luggage. She promised she will call us back in the room, she never did, we had to take down our 32kg suitcase into the basement where the gym was and where we saw a scale. What a contrasting attitude comparing to the rest of the staff we came across! Another negative aspect i would mention is the size of the pool. We were lucky to get on 2 of the 3 deck chairs by the pool on the first day but on the 2 nd day we had no chance.
swimming pool, parking
noisy room at second floor
Very fast WiFi Room size Breakfast
Gym Sauna Pool Parking not free of charge
Elegant venue with great services, best breakfast I had at 4/5 star hotels in a while, convenient facilities (parking, spa, bar).
The Hotel was comfortable, booking in was easy, friendly staff. The food in the restaurant was very good, although we had quite a long wait to get the main course.
We are both non smokers, and in certain areas of the hotel you could smell cigarette smoke.
restaurant , room
we can't find the name of street on gps
Mainly the Reception staff performance and the food quality is the best by far from any other competitor.........!!
It was clean, great staff, wonderful food, and parking.
Our room was located above the lounge and we were there over a weekend. It was extremely noisy.
The friendly staff and the good service, the good kitchen and the location of the hotel.
nothing worth mentioning
very easy access from airport and from the north, friendly staff, 5 star kitchen, clean and quiet rooms
The reception staff were perfect, highly responsive and fast acting despite of some were actually trainees
easy access to the hotel from north of Bucharest
Friendly staff Great facilities
I liked most of the things about this hotel, except following: - Internet connection is very slow, and it was like that in another stay in a different room in this hotel. - Parking is too expensive
- Booked executive room with more price but it was same size with deluxe room - There were no wireless coverage in room - Loud party music till late night 02.30 - Fitness room was very small, very few equipments
Very nice service, good food and nice selection of wine.
The check-out was very slow, only one person for payments. We had to stand in line for 20 minutes,
