Ramada Majestic Bucharest Hotel

Hotelli on keskeisellä paikalla, huone oli mukava ja hotellin ravintola hyvä. Keskellä viikkoa hotelli on hiljainen, viikonloppuisin hää- ym. juhlatilaisuudet saattavat aiheuttaa häiriötä.

Ajoittain aula on hyvin hiljainen eikä henkilökuntaa näy. Tuntuu hieman turvattomalta siirtyä kerroksiin.

Henkilökunta, palvelu, hyvä aamiainen, hotellin sijainti

Kaikki toimi muuten loistavasti, mutta aamiaisella henkilökunnalla oli vaikea pysyä tehtävien tasalla kun paikka oli täynnä. Muuten loistav aamiainen ja siisti huone. Hyvällä paikalla.

The fitness centre was small and ill-equiupped. The eating and drinking experince disappointing so I felt obliged to brave the rain to find acceptablle alternatives.

Very good location, professional, non-intrisive personnel, very clean. Did not try the restaurants.

The good location means also unfortunately a lot of noise.

Cetral location in the city. Good breakfast (actually "standard", but "standard" may be rare nowadays).

(1) On the third evening the room suddenly started to smell very strongly of something fried (the hotel is airconditioned, so the smell did not come from the window, which was closed). I complained, and after some investigation (three of their staff turned to confirm the smell) they moved me into another room at the far end of the corridor. This same had happened on my previous stay, when they again had to change my room. (2) When checking out I was offered a bill which had an inexplicably high mini-bar charges. I asked for a list of what I had used from the mini-bar. The hotel staff produced it, it matched exactly what I had had and did not explain the high charges in the bill. They apologised and adjusted the bill.

All of the staff were extremely friendly, well presented and efficient. The food in the restaurant was superb.

The hotel was well situated, clean comfortable and the meals were excellent. Breakfast was very good and the ac worked well throughout the hotel.

Hotel organised taxis cost 3 times the normal rate.

Dear elizabeth steavens following my stay at ramada I would like to say that the room was excellent ,what I wsa asked was well organized , cleanningness and a nice atmoshfere are the key characteristics. I definately sugest the hotel to other business travellers. Pls let me know about an offer that the hotel is promoting which is the 1 free night stay after a customer is staying for 2 times from june to september. The hotel has to emlarge a litle bit the ammenities , the maust add to the room the tooth brash and cream, the comb , the roab bath and offer a free small botle of natural water to the quest as a welcome , since all we know how important is the water especially when a person travels a lot . best regards
