Ramada Majestic Bucharest Hotel

市内の観光地に近く、立地場所が良い。

予約時、エキストラベッドを依頼していたが、追加ベッドが設置できない部屋に通された。しかし、フロントでお願いすると、快く、部屋を変更してもらえた。が、ハイシーズンで部屋が満室だったらどうであったか、不安を覚える。

Reception staff were very friendly and efficient. Room was comfortable and clean. Good location near the city centre.

Bar staff were very indifferent and needed some pushing to get served in a virtually empty bar area.

Pretty good location, easy to walk to the main sights in the city. The office facilities in the hotel (internet, printing, copying etc) and the office staff were very hepful and attentive, much more than the reception goons.

There was an electrical storm one evening, my window leaked water. Windows shouldn't leak for that price. The safe also failed in the room (and not because I forgot the code), with my passport locked in it. When I phoned reception for help they said - rudely - I would just have to wait till the next day. Too bad if I was checking out early as I would've been stuck.

Staff effort to support - breakfast variety - location

Rooms very small, bathrooms small and very uncomfortable shower, internet not working, massag services unavailable as offered. Charge dto use the swimming pool, jacuzzi notworking as dvertised.

The staff was very friendly and polite. The room was very beautiful, with a nice balcony, comfortable spacious bed, ans was cleaned every day. They served an extremely rich and tasty breakfast.

Loved the Executive Suite. Advertised at a great rate. Pity it's not this cheap all the time.

Previous time I stayed on the first floor, in a corner double room suite. Noise levels from outside were extremely high.

Excellent location but rooms need renovation ...carpet run down and toillets fittings have minor cracks.....still good value for money.
