De plek waar het gelegen is is midden in de stad je bent met de taxi snel op bestemmingen in de stad. Toch heb je geen last van de "drukte" van de stad. Rustig hotel met vriendelijk en correct personeel. |

Lag goed centraal in centrum Boekarest Het zwembad was 'under construction'; was niet aangekondigd en niet verwerkt in lagere kamerprijs. De kamer was enigszins armoedig en zeker geen 4 sterren waard. |

De ligging van het hotel is prima, midden in het leukere deel van het centrum van boekarest. De sportzaal/fitnessruimte is een blamage en daar moest dan ook nog 25 lei voor betaald worden. |

Het personeel was zeer behulpzaam en beleefd. Ondanks de vroege boeking toch een kamer direct naast de lift,waardoor was veel lawaai. |

Netjes, centraal en goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Vond het jammer dat ik niet in de computer stond als gast. Moest mijn reservering uitprinten en toen bleek ik er wel in te staan. Verder werd er 10 euro in rekening gebracht voor het strijken van 2 overhemden. Prijs is mij nooit verteld. Ook had ik aangegeven dmv een bordje aan de deur dat ik aan het slapen was. Toch klopte de minibar man aan om de minibar te checken. Ik werd wakker wat jammer was |

Cleanliness, efficiency, well equipped rooms (though tea making facilities were absent), central location The fitness centre was small and ill-equiupped. The eating and drinking experince disappointing so I felt obliged to brave the rain to find acceptablle alternatives. |

Excellent central location. Free internet connection useful. Clean, quiet room. Overall a good base for a weekend trip to explore Bucharest. Swimming pool charges high for what it is - wouldn't bother to take swimming trunk next time. Breakfast ok, but choice a bit basic and service to replenish buffet not always good. |

Good atmosphere, free internet, secure environment (guards on parking), excellent food at breakfast. Close to the conference building. Showerhead couldn't be placed in a fixed position (moved all the time). A remark, nothing to do with the hotel itself, is that Google maps gives a totally wrong location of the hotel. It is 2 km off the real location in a dark unpleasant neighbourhood. Took me hours to get to the correct location. |

This is a great hotel which I have stayed at many times before - it is great value, centrally located, lovely rooms, free internet, very helpful staff and a great breakfast. It just quietly gets on at doing was it does very well - no fuss - just quiet excellence Only criticism would be the gym and pool facilities which are charged at 25 lei each time for each item. I think this is expensive especially since the gym equipment is old, did not work at all - the pool is lovely and very practical for some exercise - I think the Hotel management should review the gym and either run it themselves or get the operators (yes it is a private thing) to upgrade the equipment - it really is a poor favcility for the gym. - hey but I love the Hotel so this doesnțt deter me from staying. |

Cetral location in the city. Good breakfast (actually "standard", but "standard" may be rare nowadays). (1) On the third evening the room suddenly started to smell very strongly of something fried (the hotel is airconditioned, so the smell did not come from the window, which was closed). I complained, and after some investigation (three of their staff turned to confirm the smell) they moved me into another room at the far end of the corridor. This same had happened on my previous stay, when they again had to change my room. (2) When checking out I was offered a bill which had an inexplicably high mini-bar charges. I asked for a list of what I had used from the mini-bar. The hotel staff produced it, it matched exactly what I had had and did not explain the high charges in the bill. They apologised and adjusted the bill. |

All of the staff were extremely friendly, well presented and efficient. The food in the restaurant was superb. |
