Dear elizabeth steavens following my stay at ramada I would like to say that the room was excellent ,what I wsa asked was well organized , cleanningness and a nice atmoshfere are the key characteristics. I definately sugest the hotel to other business travellers. Pls let me know about an offer that the hotel is promoting which is the 1 free night stay after a customer is staying for 2 times from june to september. Iam going to be at bucharest mid of september this means that I can have an extra night or in order to acquire such an benefit I have to book by myself directly to the hotel:;;;;; iam witing for your reply thanks for contact me ,if any other suggestions or news about resorts or hotels comes up I will be glad to receive by mail . best regards christos raptis.oappear The hotel has to emlarge a litle bit the ammenities , the maust add to the room the tooth brash and cream, the comb , the roab bath and offer a free small botle of natural water to the quest as a welcome , since all we know how important is the water especially when a person travels a lot . best regards |

Reception staff were very friendly and efficient. Room was comfortable and clean. Good location near the city centre. Bar staff were very indifferent and needed some pushing to get served in a virtually empty bar area. |

Pretty good location, easy to walk to the main sights in the city. The office facilities in the hotel (internet, printing, copying etc) and the office staff were very hepful and attentive, much more than the reception goons. There was an electrical storm one evening, my window leaked water. Windows shouldn't leak for that price. The safe also failed in the room (and not because I forgot the code), with my passport locked in it. When I phoned reception for help they said - rudely - I would just have to wait till the next day. Too bad if I was checking out early as I would've been stuck. |

Rooms very small, bathrooms small and very uncomfortable shower, internet not working, massag services unavailable as offered. Charge dto use the swimming pool, jacuzzi notworking as dvertised. |

The staff was very friendly and polite. The room was very beautiful, with a nice balcony, comfortable spacious bed, ans was cleaned every day. They served an extremely rich and tasty breakfast. |

Loved the Executive Suite. Advertised at a great rate. Pity it's not this cheap all the time. Previous time I stayed on the first floor, in a corner double room suite. Noise levels from outside were extremely high. |

Excellent situation - art museum, several nice restaurants and a beautiful park just in the neighbourhood. Room was nice and the breakfast very good. |

They made a free upgrade to one of the suites - very kind from their side. Breakfast offer is ok, location very central, check out time very fast. Good hotel. Internet free of charge in rooms |

Helpful staff Room a liitle warm intially...took some time to get temperature right. Tea/coffee/milk not kept topped up in the room. |
