absolutely excellent cleanliness; design (simple, elegant lines, color coordination, lightning system, mirrors), additional blind system on top of curtains very effective in blocking out natural light, quiet; kettle and ironing board and iron in room a big plus; friendly and courteous staff aircon not working, therefore we had to shift in another room |

The hotel room was bright well designed and modern. The rooms were always spotlessly clean and the staff were very helpful and polite. The food was great and at a reasonable price too. Location is not right in the city centre but this is not a problem as it is has a better places to eat close by and a very large park that has a Hard Rock Cafe and other good places to eat. Taxi is only a few pounds to the city centre if you wish to go or to the shopping mall by the airport. |

Proximity to airport (20min by taxi), romexpo (actually 3min. Walk), new, cosy interior design, very good choice of buffet breakfast, fairly good lobby bar, Internet too expensive - 15EUR/day is in these days, when having an internet connection is the same as having a door-bell, a total rip off. Should be included in room rate! |

This was my first stay in this hotel, generally I was satisfied. Location is very good, rooms are nice and quite confortable. Breakfast could start at earlier hour. I believe 6 or 6.30 would be more convinient for those who must leave the hotel early in the morning. |

Hotel is new and modern,very quiet,internet free,coffee and tee in room is free and good. Staff is friendly and distinction. I thing,that room servis don´t hoover every day. Hotel is ner the airport and fair ground, but to centre of city I must cab or bus. |

modern design extrem arrogance of the bar staff, especially a young lady on the night of 23-rd of October 2008. she was away more courteus and charming to her male colleagues than to the guest. we waited for 20 minutes for the menu and finaly we had to go to the bar to get it and make the order. obviously we disturbed her private conversation and the rest of the service was accordingly. |

the hotel was new, very nice and clean and for us its location was perfect, because we could walk to town and on the other hand it was easy to drive to the airport. on our first stay the air condition did not eork but it was fixed later |

the concept of the hotel , and the breakfast the staff has any respect and are not trained to work in high standard hotel, during breakfast 3 of them where talking so loud , that the breakfast room was disturbed by them, until I asked them to shut up, at arrival receptiondesk was not covered, we had to wait.Restaurant is poor, I had to hear that meaby they could make a steak, there was a wedding and the cook was very busy????????????? |

service excellent,restaurant food excellent advertising a pool and sauna but not available until finished in about six months.Requested one feather and one non allergenic pillow when booking, was not addressed.not important but overlooked by staff. |
