the very helpful staff, the extremely comfy bed, the tasteful decor. the only thing I would recommend is that a steam iron would be an advantage to the traveller staying longer than a weekend. |

Very convenient location for business, reasonable price, very comfortable rooms, free 256kbps internet, airport shuttle (not 24h though) and helpful staff. Very good choice overall. Didn't like the attitude of staff at nearby Casa Doina restaurant |

The building is quite new and hotel staff do understand english. Rooms are perfect, I could find what I need and safebox is an essential part of the room. |

absolutely excellent cleanliness; design (simple, elegant lines, color coordination, lightning system, mirrors), additional blind system on top of curtains very effective in blocking out natural light, quiet; kettle and ironing board and iron in room a big plus; friendly and courteous staff aircon not working, therefore we had to shift in another room |

The hotel room was bright well designed and modern. The rooms were always spotlessly clean and the staff were very helpful and polite. The food was great and at a reasonable price too. Location is not right in the city centre but this is not a problem as it is has a better places to eat close by and a very large park that has a Hard Rock Cafe and other good places to eat. Taxi is only a few pounds to the city centre if you wish to go or to the shopping mall by the airport. |
