Personnel was friendly and helpful.
Don't know when the carpet in my room was last vacuumed.
The room was big and well equiped. The location of the hotel is very central and easy to find.
The area is a little seedy with sex shops all around. The bathroom smelled strongly of rotten eggs in the evenings. The breakfast was awful, don't bother with it.
Very central, right near the town centre. Staff were friendly, hotel was lovely, comfortable.
Location, right on the main road, very noisy, didn't get much sleep!
Friendly staff Great location Comfortable, spacious room
Nice staff, very gentles. Room perfect and clean.
good location can walk to all sites and metro very near if get tired or want to go further out staff are helpful
it's on the main road so rooms are noisy. traffic is constant and noisy 24/7. Get a room on the other side, away from main road if you can. the shower curtain is too small for the space so its impossible to shower without soaking the whole bathroom...
Nice place to stay, the room is spacious and well equipped with stuff you usually don't get in a 3 star hotel.
The doorman was a bit too nosy. I had a friend over and he asked her on numerous occasions if she's staying overnight and if so she needs to provide her ID to the reception. Really unnecessary and not any of his business in my opinion.
Close to everything.
There were stains on the bed spread, the shower leaked and when we left the doorman called us an illegal and way too expensive taxi. We felt ripped off during our stay and after.
Very nice place very nice staff helpful people so closed to metro station
Old but clean furniture
Locality just in the centre. Kind personal. Clean and comfortable rooms. Wifi
Strange entrance to the hotel - reception is on the 1st floor. Dining room - not very comfortable.
Perfect!Good location,in center of Bucarest near the metro, bus, shops supermaket. Very clean, bed linen, new towels. wi-fi,personnel of hotel the polite!! I will return again to this hotel!
noisy traffic all the night
was central to everything ,bus from airport stopped 100 metres from hotel.staff very helpful
Huge room, very comfortable bed. Big bathroom and bathtub, very good location. The staff were very nice and friendly. The breakfast is not a free buffet instead you are given a menu from where you can choose a certain food combination. However they amount they bring is more then enough, and it is delicious. Definitely very good conditions for this rice.
Cigarette smell in the room, although we asked for a non smoking room.
It was in a main area, close to old town which was nice.
There were many brochures for prostituion, giving me the vibe that people only choose this hotel for that purpose.
THE CENTRAL LOCATION; CLOSE TO THE EVERYTHING:
SMALL SPACES, OLD CONSTRUCTION,
The staffs were fantastic. Very helpful in many aspects especially for a first time visitor to Romania like myself
The flushinng system seems a bit static in the middle of the night.
rooms are nice, staff is friendly location is good, with a lot of things around, metro is very close.
no breakfast included
very well located, room was quite nice and big enough.
there were no more facilities in the hotel apart from rooms. wi fi network not very strong sometimes.
Good size bed with OK mattress. No traffic noise, room facing side alley. Wi-fi free, good speed.
Cramped room (why three TV-chairs next to the bed, taking up all floor space. TV with no English-language news channel. Depressing breakfast with old stale bread (no toast possible), no yoghurt and the reply was "it's not on the meny" when I asked for butter for the crumbling bread roll.
Great Location, big room. Only plus was that with such a room we were very encouraged to spend more time outside, visiting and enjoying the city.
The room was dirty with old furniture. Bathroom was dirty and very smelly. Loads of BUGS. Me and my boyfriend spent an hour every night hunting and killing bugs so we could go to sleep. I have photos to prove if needed. When we showed them to reception. they said they will fix it, but there was no difference when we returned. We were happy we only spent 2 nights there.
Friendly and attentive staff.
Bathroom needs some updating and there was very little space between the bath toilet and basin!
I liked the way is located very central and the staff were so good at reception.
I didn't like the staff at breakfast time and it took too long to serve the breakfast also the staff was so slow and the food wasn't great at all. The portion was small.
