Residence Ambient  

The location is quite convenient, just 10min walk to the old city main square (the building it's located between the rail station and the historic center). The staff is very kind. Also I pretty much liked the kitchen even if they didn't had a coffee maker (why put coffee without having some coffee maker?)

The first thing that I didn't like was the fact that the Registration Office was located 200m away. The price in Booking.com was exactly the same like in the desk!? If you want to make the payment in euro make sure that you have the exact amount of money since they cannot give you change in euro, only in their local currency at some 3rd party exchange rate....it's no big deal really, but for me these little things matter. Regarding the building itself...the outside appearance of the building makes you ask yourself if you made the right choice booking on this hotel. On the other hand, the interior is looking very good. The only thing I didn't like about the interior was the smell from the ground floor which made me feel like I'm in some distillery or so :| My apartment was pretty small (2 relative small rooms without kitchen) compared with the one displayed in the pictures. The carpet had some big stain and the windows had no outside view (windows are on the ceiling looking at the sky)...my apartment was on the second floor. One thing that I didn't quite understood was the fact that they gave me a single key for both of the doors...the corridor door leading to all the rooms & our apartment door. How come?

the hotel room is clean and comfort. The pantry is well equipped.

When we arrive at the address provided. That is locked for accomodation only and cannot get-in. Luckily one housemaid just walked in the building (not english-speaking) helped us to store the luggages and borrow her telephone for us to contact the hotel staff. We realized the check-in counter is located at another building at another street. The description provided by the hotel staff over the phone is not clear enough. Then, we spend time to walk around the areas to find the check-in location. It is totally frustrated. If you arrive at very early morning or late evening, it is a problem. The photo and address provided at the web-site should be the check-in location!!

Distance between hotel and reception, price of breakfast buffet. 'Free parking" is just the ability to park on the pavement in front of the building where the reception is housed.

The registration office is located 200m away in the next bloc. It's not convenient at all with luggages.

I was arranged to stay in Pension Ambient. Spacious room.

Noise from mosquitoes and traffic. It takes about 20 min to walk to the old town.

The place is really interesting and is actually not a regular hotel but a residence, but is very sweet and nice. It's very clean, good location, kind stuff, parking, very nice kitchen. I really recommend it !

The location is in between the rail station and the historic center. The room was nice. We also had access to a well-equipped kitchen and fridge. Nice place to stay.

this is a very nice hotel, room is clean, comfort, and you have a kitchen with all necessary things, free tea and coffee in the morning and amazing view

Hotel stuff. They were very friendly, ready to help.

Some small things need reparation but hotel management do not take care about this - TV antenna cable damaged; cracks in bath.

Amplasamentul.

Faptul ca pe site se prezentau foarte bine, iar realitatea era cu totul alta. Receptia era intr-o cladire de pe alta strada, iar o parte a pensiunii era la cateva sute de metri distanta. A trebuit sa schimbam prima camera pentru ca nu ne puteam urca in pat (erau amplasate cam la un metru inaltime), iar baia avea tavanul atat de jos incat era aproape imposibil sa nu te lovesti la cap. La a doua camera, s-a rupt patul cu noi! Nu exista nici wireless. Personalul, deasemenea, a fost destul de slabut. Le-a luat cam 30 de minute sa faca o factura si apoi au constatat ca era gresita. Am renuntat sa mai cerem alta...
