Residence Ambient  

The location is quite convenient, just 10min walk to the old city main square (the building it's located between the rail station and the historic center). The staff is very kind. Also I pretty much liked the kitchen even if they didn't had a coffee maker (why put coffee without having some coffee maker?)

The first thing that I didn't like was the fact that the Registration Office was located 200m away. The price in Booking.com was exactly the same like in the desk!? If you want to make the payment in euro make sure that you have the exact amount of money since they cannot give you change in euro, only in their local currency at some 3rd party exchange rate....it's no big deal really, but for me these little things matter. Regarding the building itself...the outside appearance of the building makes you ask yourself if you made the right choice booking on this hotel. On the other hand, the interior is looking very good. The only thing I didn't like about the interior was the smell from the ground floor which made me feel like I'm in some distillery or so :| My apartment was pretty small (2 relative small rooms without kitchen) compared with the one displayed in the pictures. The carpet had some big stain and the windows had no outside view (windows are on the ceiling looking at the sky)...my apartment was on the second floor. One thing that I didn't quite understood was the fact that they gave me a single key for both of the doors...the corridor door leading to all the rooms & our apartment door. How come?

the hotel room is clean and comfort. The pantry is well equipped.

When we arrive at the address provided. That is locked for accomodation only and cannot get-in. Luckily one housemaid just walked in the building (not english-speaking) helped us to store the luggages and borrow her telephone for us to contact the hotel staff. We realized the check-in counter is located at another building at another street. The description provided by the hotel staff over the phone is not clear enough. Then, we spend time to walk around the areas to find the check-in location. It is totally frustrated. If you arrive at very early morning or late evening, it is a problem. The photo and address provided at the web-site should be the check-in location!!

Distance between hotel and reception, price of breakfast buffet. 'Free parking" is just the ability to park on the pavement in front of the building where the reception is housed.

Great location & staff, do not be put off by the exterior. The rooms are very nice in side.

The outside appearance of the building & also you need to ring the reception area to find where you check in. However, its very good value for money.

Ottimo il residence

De très beaux appartements spatieux et propres. L'hôtel est à 10 minutes à pied du centre historique. Une petite marche pas désagréable pour ceux qui aiment se promener. L'endroit est vraiment agréable !

L'adresse pour retirer les clés n'est pas la même que celle des appartements. Même si cela est indiqué dans la rubrique information importante tout en bas ... Il est rare de lire jusqu'en bas et on se retrouve donc un peu perdu avec ses bagages sur le trottoir en cherchant la bonne adresse. ( la nuit) Cette information devrait être indiquée des le début et mise en avant lors des mails envoyés par booking.com

la parter si et 1 , era un miros usor neplacut, insa la et 2 (unde am fost cazati) era totul in regula.

Hola es un hotel con dos cocinas comunes para las habitaciones de la planta y luego habitaciones individuales con salita y dormitorio, la verdad es que es estupendo muy limpio, todo en perfecto estado y muy correcto. Recomendabke 100 x 100.
