Spacious, very quiet and well equiped - an excellent central apartment. Difficult to find, plan directions ahead carefully. Staircase a little precarious! |

Privacy and kindness of all the staff and a great location, Very quiet area but all the fun is within easy walking distance. Appartments are great clean and very sapcious. Would highly reccomend this place to friends. |

The receptionist Claudia was exceptionally friendly and professional and the size and design of the room was very nice. It was also very well located. There were two big factors as to why our stay wasn't as comfortable as it should have been; given the size of the room. Firstly, we stayed in the basement suite and the air conditioning would not work. This led to very unpleasant sleeps as the flat was too hot and the only windows werent really an option as they were so high up and if opened led to privacy issues. |

It was a great hotel - apartment. in central Boucharest. the location was perfect quiet and safe. the price was very low. good at warmth and hot water all day! comfortable. 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. totally accoutrements. |

The apartment contains a bedroom, living room and kitchen - very comfortable. It is conveniently located in a residential area within a few km of most of Bucharest's points of interest. The staff was very helpful during my stay. |

Leaving! No hot water, air condition system too small for such a big apartment, the fridge froze our food, the door in the shower was broken, poor mattress. The staff insisted on filling lots of papers and check in took at least 20 minutes. The apartment we had booked was not available because of problems with electricity and water, so we had to move to another apartment in another building. |

The room was beautiful to look at and the little kitchen really handy. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The room was slightly damp and the bed quite lumpy. |

the location, the apartment internet was not working, there was not hot water in the first day, i didn't knew that the apartment is not in the villa building |

THe staff and the owner were very friendly and very helpful. The rooms were very modern and clean. The atmosphere was very relaxing and the place was convienient for the centre of the city. |

Wonderful !!! staff professional and friendly ! (thanks Claudia Joanna and Housekeeper !!) The place is quite, 5 minutes by walk from the centre. Accomodation is fantastic...always clean...fantastic! Thanks a lot! I advice to spend your days in Bucarest in Villa Marchisa. Nothing. All was simply perfect! |

vicinanza al centro,appartamenti grandi Avevo prenotato un tipo di appartamento, ma l'hanno cambiato con un motivo non ben precisato .Mi potevano benissimo avvisare prima, visto che mi hanno chiamato ben 2 volte per sapere a che ora arrivavo.Al nostro arrivo alle 18:30, abbiamo dovuto aspettare ad occupare la camera, perchè il precedente ospite non aveva ancora liberato del tutto la camera. |
