The staff on reception were very good and answered any inquires quickly,the room was clean and neat. When booking information given that the location was in the city center however it was out of the city and it was necessary to alway take a taxi, it was not within walking distance of anything. We had the feeling it was run like military camp. |

Rooms are nice and comfortable. There are plenty of common areas, and a couple of nice restaurants inside the hotel. Breakfast is good and complete. Emergency exit plans are not clear. The hotel is quite far away from the city centre, which makes it not a good option for someone who wants to fully enjoy the city life. |

the rooms were of a pleasnat size and appearance. The staff were generally rude and unhelpful. On checking out we were not asked if we had enjoyed our stay, the waiters serving breakfast were unhelpful when asked about the whereabouts of hot water for tea and if there was butter available. Housekeeping called four times one morning and three the second before 0800 to try and clean our room. |

This is not a nice hotel. It is a large conference centre on an industrial estate outside Bucharest. The city is lovely but the hotel is not near enough to the town centre to be able to enjoy visiting the city easily. The hotel has no balconies or gardens. The rooms are dark and uninspiring. The food was not very nice. |

I do not reccomend booking by credit card this hotel,i did it,and after departure,they charged me 4 things we didn't have from the minibar,so in my opinion the stuff tries to cheat on people,i do not like that at all in a so called "high level hotel". |

Petit déjeuner décevant dans une salle insuffisament éclairé i. Restaurants de qualité médiocre . Climatisation inefficace dans la deuxiéme chambre qui m'a été donnée aprés la premiére qui donnait sur une cour intérieure au 3éme étage ( pour un séjour de 5 nuits ce n'est pas ce qu'il y a de mieux ) et oû la porte de la cabine de douche était HS . Hotel trop grand avec un parking mal conçu et un parcours du combattant pour accéder à la réception . A déconseiller . |
