Rin Grand Hotel

Hotellin henkilökunta osasi asiansa hyvin. Hotellin edustalla oli jatkuvasti vapaina takseja, joten keskustaan pääsi kätevästi. Hotellin ravintolat olivat hyvä ja kohtuuhintainen vaihtoehto, jollei jaksanut lähteä keskustaan syömään. Buffet aamiainen runsas. Aulan pianobaari oli mukava.

Ilmastointi ei toiminut aivan moitteettomasti huoneissa.

Only the fact that it was near the place I needed to go during my stay.

There were no glasses, no bottle opener in the room. The heat start only when you are in the room at it took more then 30 minutes to reach a comfortable temperature although it was very cold outside. The hotel restaurants have bad food and at breakfast the table were not clean.

shopping may be easy because many complex commercial are in the direct neighborhood

parking facilities, improuving signs all over inside and outside hotel.

The breakfast was really good, as well as the restaurants. The hall with the bar and piano music has also a nice environment.

The pictures that are exposed on the booking site do not correspond to the real conditions that I got. My reservation was for a double room superior and I received a standard. After my complaint I got a superior (I think!) but still far from having the conditions described on the website.

The place is souless and it is in a poor area a long distance from the city centre

The staff on reception were very good and answered any inquires quickly,the room was clean and neat.

When booking information given that the location was in the city center however it was out of the city and it was necessary to alway take a taxi, it was not within walking distance of anything. We had the feeling it was run like military camp.

The staff were generally rude and unhelpful. On checking out we were not asked if we had enjoyed our stay, the waiters serving breakfast were unhelpful when asked about the whereabouts of hot water for tea and if there was butter available. Housekeeping called four times one morning and three the second before 0800 to try and clean our room.

This is not a nice hotel. It is a large conference centre on an industrial estate outside Bucharest. The city is lovely but the hotel is not near enough to the town centre to be able to enjoy visiting the city easily. The hotel has no balconies or gardens. The rooms are dark and uninspiring. The food was not very nice.

la qualité de l'acceuil pour le tourisme laisse a désiré ,ils se contentent du minimun il ne faud rien leur demander, de non compris ils répondent toujours que c'est imposible , au lieu de rien dire et de l'inscrire sur la chambre. Hotel trés confortable rapport qualité prix trés bien.il reste beaucoup a faire de l'acceuil pour le tourisme en général dans le pays.Toute une éducation! mais cependant trés bon séjour.

la lingua Italiana conosciuta solo da una donna alla reception e rispetto alla voltra precedente(estate) l'odore che si sentiva nel bagno è stato attenuato ma non eliminato
