We chose the hotel mainly because of its proximity to Otopeni airport. After our stay we parked our vehicle for three nights. After making the required payment, we requested for a pick up from the airport. The receptionist confirmed this at no cost and took down our flight details. We got this reconfirmed with another receptionist as we did not have a reservation on our return. When we returned, we found no one waiting at the airport. |

Excellent pool. Very close to OTP Airport. The bathroom..Shower was a very cheap plastic corner unit and the sink drain was broken. Breakfast was terrible and the journey into town was a nightmare. |

Located near Otopeni airport, transportation from/to airport, fair price Hotel rooms situated on a ground floor are quite noisy because you hear people from lobby and reception |

Fitness, Swiming-pool The people on the reception OK, but in the restaurant and bar not nice, not proffesional, their bahavior was as they would in the hotel alone, I saw such a service somewhere in the bar on the street but this is 4* hotel and they should be more serious! |

I don't understand people who expect some sort of Ritz-Carlton for 60 euro a night. The rin is great - a free shuttle to and from otp (try getting a taxi at otp - go ahead - let them rip you off to go downtown). The restaurant staff aren't always the most friendliest; but after traveling 10 hours I like the peace and quiet - they leave you alone after you place your order. The food is fine.. |

Clean rooms Quality of the food brought by roomservice was very low. Raw french fries full of fat, and cold "grilled mushrooms" went straight into the garbage... |

Nothing at all - I do not recommend it at all - At 3 o'clock in the morning I asked for an aspirin because I had fever and very unpolite the reception desk said "No" and nothing else In everything starting from the staff and the services. First of all I "advice" you to take it out of your proposals. |

Absolutely horrible. They hosted a wedding party that kept music incredibly loud over a huge sound system until 5am. It was completely ridiculous and no one in the hotel could sleep. My room was as far away as could be and I still could not sleep. They host incredibly loud wedding parties until 5am. You cannot sleep. This is, apparently, a regular occurance. |

Irresponsible wake-up calls. Girl was not nice, didn´t apologize and as excuse she said, that she has to call many rooms. Delay of wake-up call was 15 min. I could miss my plain, because of that. |

Hotel shuttle---although keep in mind that although the hotel is across from the airport, because of the design of the road, it takes about 15 minutes to actually get to the airport. There is no way this is a 4 star hotel; more like a pretty good two star. Certainly the night staff is 2-star: For example, I called for a taxi for a friend of mine and two cabs showed up. She choose the non- airport cab (it's a lot cheaper)---about 10 minutes later, the front desk called me and said that she took the wrong taxi and that I owed them 10 lei....very classy. |
