Absolutely horrible. They hosted a wedding party that kept music incredibly loud over a huge sound system until 5am. It was completely ridiculous and no one in the hotel could sleep. My room was as far away as could be and I still could not sleep. They host incredibly loud wedding parties until 5am. You cannot sleep. This is, apparently, a regular occurance. |

Irresponsible wake-up calls. Girl was not nice, didn´t apologize and as excuse she said, that she has to call many rooms. Delay of wake-up call was 15 min. I could miss my plain, because of that. |

The junior suite was lovely and the staff was very welcoming. The spa was close during my stay at the hotel. |

Hotel shuttle---although keep in mind that although the hotel is across from the airport, because of the design of the road, it takes about 15 minutes to actually get to the airport. There is no way this is a 4 star hotel; more like a pretty good two star. Certainly the night staff is 2-star: For example, I called for a taxi for a friend of mine and two cabs showed up. She choose the non- airport cab (it's a lot cheaper)---about 10 minutes later, the front desk called me and said that she took the wrong taxi and that I owed them 10 lei....very classy. |

There are only 2 things, which make me stay in this hotel - spa and good connection to airport. Some receptionists don´t know, how to speak with customers. They definitely don´t have behaviour of 4-star hotel staff. |

Perfect location for the airport. The rooms are generally in good condition. The water was perfectly brown. An in house filter is in order. |

Proximity to airport I am a non-smoker. I was forced to open my window due to heavy tobacco smoke coming through the ventilation system. Each plane coming in would wake me up. I gave up on sleep and watched TV |

I discussed with the reservation and they confirmed that they will organise also the transport between airport and hotel... and after they confirmed me the transport, nobody was waiting me! |
