Rin Airport  

It's close to Otopeni airport . Well not 500m as they say. To actually get to the airport u probably need to walk over 1km. Good thing is that they have an hourly shuttle to the airport which is free of charge . Decent conditions

For a 4 star hotel I would have expected more . I would rate it 3stars actually . Also it is just near the 3 star hotel from same chain . The price there is 35% lower and I really didn't saw a difference between the 2 . So if I would like to stay there again I'd probably choose the 3 star hotel . This hotel is a transit hotel but management does not seem to understand this thing . The restaurant was closed at 11PM just before we got there and there was no real option to have a decent meal around . I really think they should have some basic food choices during night too since there are many persons coming at odd hours . Furthermore they had the bar closed . This is supposed to be a transit hotel where people check-in very late and leave early morning and they might want to have a drink .

The best thing about the hotel is the people and service.

I've chosen this hotel for its proximity to the airport. I appreciate the prompt service of the shuttle. I’d also mention the quality of the breakfast and the comfort of the room.

The only negative comment would be about the temperature in the room. I left the air conditioning on all night but still, it was very cold in the room.

Position was good. Staff very helpful and always willing to assist you. I was a guest for an entire week in the hotel and I'll rate the entire staff as 5*.

The room was not properly isolate from the external noise and it was possible to hear planes landing and departing.

Prices on the menu at the restaurant are not accurate. On some dishes the price is doubled when the bill is presented. In contrary to the presentation, the airport is not reachable by walking. You have to have a car or take the shuttle.

Stayed there between flights. Shuttle from/to airport, very effectve reception staff, quick and fair food in the restaurant. Room was fine, quiet and I could rest! In the same conditions i will stay there again!

Staff very helpful, lovely meal with excellent service. Outside this looks nothing but the inside & rooms are fine.

Shuttle bus only hourly so we have to leave earlier than we wanted but this is a small thing really.

The location (so close to the international airport that you could almost walk), the friendliness of the staff and the value for cost were prime considerations. The "rustic" restaurant in the hotel served one of the best meals I had in Romania.
