Views were fantastic, rooms very clean

Received a very aggressive phone call from the hotel management accusing me of using a lot of the minibar and leaving without paying. When calling back to solve this issue, the management stated they mada a mistake however made no apology. The way in which I was spoken to on the phone was disgusting and I will now be using this hotel again, or recommending it to my Romanian friends who travel to sinaia on a monthly basis. Great service and nice staff. The room is spacious, modern and well equiped. The location is quiet, with nice view, 10 minutes walk from the center. Breakfast was excelent, but too much for most of the people, maybe a buffet style would have been better.

Modern hotel, rooms are comfortable, warm. Breakfast – good portions. Garage for 2 cars

Not good – bad positioning oh the hotel – far from central street and from ski lifts, impossible to reach without car. Hotel stays on the slope – we had to bring up our luggage to the 5-th floor level by stairs. No lift in the hotel. During our staying promised sauna didn’t work, in spite of our requests to switch it on. Staff is ungracious.

The location was pretty ok, and it was clean.

The staff was unfriendly, the heating was very poor (16 degrees- up to 19) and the morning of the departure they closed the heat!!! Also the sauna wasn't functioning, though it said it was available on site. The payment cannot be done on-line, but when checking out. Quite disappointing for what it shows on site.

Locatia

Incalzirea este sub orice critica in mai bine de jumatate din camere in zilele de iarna. Temperatura era de 15-16 grade Celsius, in conditiile in care exista termometre in majoritatea camerelor!!!

The breakfast was continental, very-very rich. It was enough to eat twice per day: breakfast at the hotel and dinner. The staff recommend us a very good restaurant to take dinner. The room was one of the biggest room that we had in our holidays. It was hot in the room. (at the beginning of January) I discovered a museum small trains right next to the train station in Sinaia. We spent a lot of time there. :)

The hotel has a lot of stairs. When you return in after a ski day, an elevator would have been useful. We had a child < 7 years. It was necessary to pay the breakfast separately for child.

Big room, friendly staff, clean bathroom, nice temperature inside the room during the winter time.

Breakfast was nice but there is place for better.

Nice full breakfast every morning. Friendly staff and generally clean.

Very hard beds, it was almost like sleeping on plywood. Sauna was not working and fitness center was old equipment and not heated for the winter.

Clean hotel. Somewhat far away from town, but nice quiet area.

Room wasn't very warm at night, although the heating was on all the way. No lift, which might be a problem for disabled/elderly people

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, spacious, with a wonderful view over the hills. The hotel is located 10 minutes by foot from the city center, but the walk is worth the while. The breakfast was very good, it had fried eggs, vegetables, three kinds of meat, two kinds of cheese, butter, honey, tea and coffee. I really have nothing bad to say about the hotel, nor about the staff.

They were stopping heating system after 2 or 3 o'clock in the middle of night and room was so cold in the morning.

- pare destul de nou; - este curat si civilizat amenajat; - camerele sunt destul de bine izolate, nu auzi vecinii vorbind; - camera noastra a avut un balcon cu vedere foarte frumoasa asupra orasului; - mic-dejun ok pentru nivelul de pret;

- hotelul este situat mai sus decat centrul orasului; de aceea poate fi mai obositor la urcat;

The great location, friendliness of the staff and amenities included in the price. For a 3 star hotel, it is an exceptional value for the money. The included breakfast was not expected to be so variate but it was surprisingly mixed and wealthy.

Enormous space with jacuzzi inside the room. Marvellous terrace in the room. Close (by car) to Peles and Pellisor castles. Very worthy stay in this room.

As usually in Romania there is not any lift or disabled people facilities, so you have to carry your heavy luggage by yourself throug a steep stairs to get the hotel entrance. Few people to attend at the restaurant for breakfast.

Discretia

Absolut totul.Cand am facut rezervarea am citit cateva rewiews-uri facute de niste rautaciosi.Cand am ajuns la hotel o persoana imbracata in pantaloni scurti si tricou spunea la receptie ca este frig,pardon dar afara era cu minus,aia nu era tinuta de munte,ci de mare,plaja,etc.In camere caloriferele ardeau si era o atmosfera foarte placuta.Am fost cazati intr-o camera foarte frumoasa si spatioasa cu o priveliste catre munti minunata.Personalul foarte amabil,iar micul dejun servit la platou exceptional.Wi-fi se receptiona in tot hotelul,pe baza de parola care se primeste de la receptie.Patul este dublu,banuiesc ca se folosesc si pentru camere twin,insa asta nu prezinta un incovenient,deoarece se doarme excelent.Distanta fata de centrul orasului este de max 10 minute de mers pe jos,insa consider ca asta este farmecul...vii la munte pentru plimbare si relaxare.Produsele de toaleta si prosoapele erau inlocuite in fiecare zi,curatenie impecabila. Multumim enorm celor de la Roberto Hotel pentru sejurul minunat petrecut la Sinaia.

Totul a fost minunat.Si imi permit sa dau un sfat pentru urmatorii posibili clienti ai hotelului:nu luati in seama comentariile rautaciose,incercati si nu veti regreta.Persoane nemultumite sunt la tot pasul,insa nu cred ca trebuie sa tinem seama de ele,ci trebuie sa experimentam.

Am fost foarte multumiti si speram sa ne mai intoarcem. Alese multumiri personalului de la hotel!

Good hotel for his money

Atmosfera placuta, personal foarte amabil, apartamentul amenajat cu gust. Micul dejun a fost suficient si diversificat.Este situat pe o strada linistita, nu departe de centrul statiunii si de telecabina.

Seara a fost destul de rece in camera, desi caloriferele frigeau .Apartamentul "open-space" are suprafata mare de geam si camere foarte inalte, motiv pentru care se incalzeste mai greu.Am trecut insa peste acest inconvenient.

Curatenia, personalul, camera foarte spatioasa.

Ca nu a existat un pat matrimonial pentru un confort sigur

Atmosfera de zgarcenie- foarte frig, cu scuze legate de defectiuni ale centralei termice.

Biahme edin wikeend v Sinaia i po-tochno v Roberto hotel.Hotela se namira na dobro miasto..razpolojenieto e chudesno chist vazduh..neveroiatna gledka se razkrivashe ot staiata.terasata e goliama i e mnogo priatno sutrin dokato si piesh kafeto da gledash Karpatite.Staiata beshe ogromna i dobre potdarjana.Zakuskata beshe sashto dobra..kato se ima predvid,che za parvi pat sme na hotel v Rumania sas zakuska smiatame,che e zadovolitelna.Personala beshe liubezen i vnimatelen kam nas.Dovolni sme ot prestoia v hotela.

Edinstvenno, koeto malko triabva da se obarne vnimanie e parnoto da raboti po-dalgo.Kato pristignahme kam 14.00 go pusnaha..no kam 22.00 yavno go spriaha chak do sutrinta.Staiata e goliama i malko po-trudno se otopliava..no ne beshe studena..prosto triabva da se otopli malko po-dalgo vreme.
