Very good hotel, with a new facitilities. Very nice staff, very helpfull. Very important - parking places availible all the time, free of charge. Hotel located close to the centre, but in a quiet area - good for business traveling. It has also got very good access to the main road in Sibiu. I highly recomend Hotel Roberts. |

It's the cleanest hotel anywhere. A new-construction 30-room hotel with conference facility, professionally run by local and American owners on site. The multi-lingual staff are polite, helpful, knowledgeable. Rooms are spacious, bright and appointed with modern furniture. The linen is spotless and fresh. The beds are just right and even the internet and televisions work well. There was nothing I did not like about this hotel. First time I've ever encountered one this good. Hoteliers should study this place. |

It is a familly run hotel. The service was very friendly and excellent in general. The hotel is new and very good by all means. We stayed with a 2 years old child and all three of us enjoyed the stay very much. We will come back again. Recommended (in fact I already did recommend the hotel to many friends). Absolutely nothing I could complain about. |

Excellent hotel. Brand new and beautifully decorated. The hotel staff were excellent and spoke perfect English. Very cheap hotel considering the standard (akin to UK 4 star). Plenty of onsite car parking - highly recommended |

Comfort - excellent! New building, a very stylish one.. I have appreciated the high standard imposed by the owner. Please note that Roberts has also apartments, 4* rooms and conference halls! Maybe the breakfast. We have a very poor breakfast comparable to the ones at Redyk in Zab/ Zakopane, Wien...This is the only thing they must improve! But this it is not an important argument in chosing where to stay! |

In dit hotel viel op de actieve en persoonlijke benadering. De heer Roberts is Amerikaan en begrijpt wat klantenbinding is. Hij behandeld zijn klanten als gasten. Dat gevoel ontbreekt in alle overige hotels die we in Hongarije en Roemenie hebben bezocht. Het hotel id gemakkelijk te vinden en de auto staat gecontroleerd voor het hotel. |

Am fost in Sibiu pentru a sarbatorii un an de casnicie, si pot spune ca si locatia pe care am ales-o a contribuit din plin ca acest weekend sa fie ca o sarbatoare. Voi reveni la acest hotel ori de cate ori voi avea ocazia. |
