The staff was very attentive and helpful. The desk clerk spoke good English. The baths were very modern and in good order. Everything needed was thought of for the rooms. The continental breakfast was good. No dislikes. |

For the cost, this hotel is excellent. The food was good. The staff is fun, and Shawn Roberts adds a family atmosphere to your stay. You can walk to the old city from here in 12-15 minutes and yet the hotel rate is great. |

Very friendly & helpful (by the owner of the hotel himself), indeed only 10 to 15 minutes by walk from the centre of Sibiu Parking area is not bordered by a fence, but location of hotel seem to be in a secure area |

For me this is the perfect way to visit Sibiu.The old city is beautiful but parking is a nightmare.Hotels on the square mean walking with your cases,and on my last visit still resulted in a £40 parking fine.The Roberts is a small friendly hotel with very low prices,but excelent facilities.Here I can park out side and the owner is happy to arrange a taxi to take you to the heart of the old city.The taxi only cost 4 Romanian lei,about 1 euro.This was my second visit and there will be many more. |

We only stayed one night but the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is modern, with good facilities at a very reasonable price. |

Very good hotel, with a new facitilities. Very nice staff, very helpfull. Very important - parking places availible all the time, free of charge. Hotel located close to the centre, but in a quiet area - good for business traveling. It has also got very good access to the main road in Sibiu. I highly recomend Hotel Roberts. |

Personal foarte amabil, liniste, confort. Hotel excelent din toate punctele de vedere. Cred ca se poate servi un breakfast mai diversificat. |

Wir fanden ein gutes 3-Sterne Hotel in Hermannstadt, schönes sauberes Bad, Frühstücksbuffet wirklich ausreichend, gemütliches großes Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten, Sofa, großem Balkon mit weiter Sicht, mit Sat-TV. Zum Zentrum 10 Minuten zu laufen, oder günstiges Taxi nehmen. Wie in Rumänien durchaus noch üblich, wird beim Essen/Frühstück schon mal geraucht; gemütlich war's trotzdem. |

La amabilidad del personal. El cuarto de baño no tiene mucho espacio para dejar las cosas de aseo mientra las usas. Y no hay habitaciones con cama doble todas son con 2 camas. |

El trato del personal es excelente. Hablan ingles perfectamente y tiene ascensor. El desayuno es tipo buffet y correcto. Muy limpio y a menos de 15 minutos andando del centro en un barrio muy tranquilo. |

Absolut incantator! Confort deosebit, curatenie perfecta,personal extrem de amabil si prietenos, privelistea de la balconul etajului 5 de vis, plus linistea zonei unde este situat, au facut sederea in Sibiu de neuitat.Voi reveni cu siguranta in acest hotel . O singura remarca : n-am stiut ca la baie vom gasi un singur sapun mic si o singura doza de sampon(pentru doua persoane, doua nopti cazare).N-a fost greu sa cumparam a doua zi, dar..... |

Freundlicher Empfang durch einen englischsprachigen Mitarbeiter, sauberes Zimmer, alles in Ordnung. Das Frühstück wird leider erst ab 7.30 serviert, etwas zu spät für deutsche Früaufsteher. |

La habitación es realmente muy confortable y limpia, con la conexión a Internet muy buena y rápida. En cuanto al personal del hotel son encantadores y te resuelven al momento cualquier problema que pueda surgir. En general, un hotel muy agradable donde pasar unos bonitos días en Sibiu. Está en una zona residencial y en casi todas las parcelas había perros y algunos sueltos. |

Mi ha favorevolmente impressionato la cordialità e la disponibilità dello staff a fronte di un piccolo inconveniente che ci è capitato. Buona disponibilità di parcheggio. La posizione piuttosto defilata e qualche difficoltà incontrata nel raggiungere l'hotel causata dalla sccarsa segnaletica stradale |
