i like that they have a large rooms with good internet connection

Poor breakfast . Parking is small . Restaurant attitude staff . Different problems with room ( shower was broken , different broken parts at bathroom ) unresolved during our stay .

The room, which was spacious

The checkout, which was the worst that I have experienced in many years. First of all, the pos did not work, so we had to go withdraw cash, and then it took more than one hour to checkout. In the end we had to just leave the room rent in cash, as the girl at the checkout counter did not have time, to print us a bill. We also had to leave about 11 Euros for a bar of chocolate ( from the minibar in the room) as they could not find anybody to go check the minibar in this whole period. There were many people in the same situation as us and the girl at the checkout was rude and clearly overwhelmed. We asked to see somebody like the manager, who could help, and she said that on Sunday, there is nobody there. So, if they know that most of their guests checkout on Sunday morning, why dont they have more people at the checkout desks, after all it is a 4 star hotel, with 4 star prices. Also, the breakfast is very poor. Just a few slices of bread, ham, cheese and eggs. I have stayed in other hotels in Sinaia before, and no way does this hotel compare to them. I will not stay at this hotel ever again.

This is not a 4 star hotel. You cannot pay with card. The sink was broken and overflows, I had to ask especially for the air conditioner remote; the air conditioner filter was never cleaned and smelled of mold. There was no soap in the bath. The breakfast was poor. The fitness was with just one device and the pool is 7 – 12m you cannot swim there. And that’s not all – at the checkout the staff check the content of the room in front of you no matter that your reservation is guaranteed by credit card… they doubt that we probably stole something When asked for explanations, the manager just passed me without a single word.

It's a very common kind of hotel;nothing special

Waitress/waitresses do not smile,they don't say :good morning or something like that,usually they talk loud between them in their language and this is a way to consider they have no ideea what a pro means,doesn't matter what kind the position you've got in a hotel. .Coming late to the hotel,the receptionist(it was a girl) smoked and layed down on chaires in bar aria(never seen in other part of the world...),no sign to go back to her job.Reminds me to the communist era mentality.If I'd be the owner I fired all of them and hire new guys well trained for the job.

Very good price for a quite smart and very pleasant hotel. Good location on Sinaia's main street and decent breakfast.

They would not take card payments (machine broken).

-Pas de place de parking -Acceuil froid et incompétent: Incapable de lire notre réservation. -Ne prenne pas les cartes Visa alors qu'il y a le logo sur la porte et que c'est noté dans la doc. Aucune explication sauf un haussement d'épaules. -Pas d'état des lieux mais réclamation d'une bouteille (non bue) du mini bar lors du départ. -Un seul ascenceur trés trés lent.

Camera a fost foarte curata, spatioasa si comfortabila. Baia bine echipata si mare. Hotelul este foarte bine amplasat, in centrul statiunii.

Micul dejun nu se ridica la standardul de 4 stele, mancarea a fost variata, dar de o calitate destul de scazuta. Piscina este mica, recomandata doar pentru copii.

Pozitia

Personalul incerca sa pacaleasca cu minibar-ul care este la 30% din ceea ce scrie pe lista de inventar. Am anutat la receptie acest lucru imediat ce am intrat in camera (am verificat acest lucru pebtru ca pe forumuri apare des aceasta problama) si au spus ca nu este problema camerista are lista exacta cu produsele din minibar iar a doua zi alta persoana la receptie la predarea camerelor au cerut plata consumului din minibar si sunt foarte convins ca incearca sa pacaleasca lumea pentru ca au renuntat usor dupa ce le-am aratat poze cu minibarul si ca am comunicat problema cu o zi in urma a lipsei produselor.

Das Service war eine folgende Luge, kein Serviceroom, keine Service die in Ihrem Flyer und aufs internet erscheint. Eine Terasse, die gleich zur strasse gibt, wo die Autos durchfahren. Das Personal, war mehr interessiert was fur personliche geschefte sie machen konnen, nicht den Kunden betreuen. Schade. Zu viel Geld, zu wenig service.

Curatenia si comportamentul personalului

La sosire am constatat ca la trei camere sistemul de inchdere cu cartela nu functiona.In cele din urma mi sa dat o camera a carei usa se inchidea si deschidea cu cheia , iar pentru iluminat trebuind sa folosesc cartela.

Mi-a lasat o impresie mai mult decit placuta , deoarece personalul este foarte cooperant , primitor , cit si politicos.

Ne-am simtit bine, conditiile fiind foarte bune, elegante (similare cu cele din vestul Europei la categorii egale). Micul dejun super bun. Vom reveni cu pacere.

Parcarea cam limitata si cel mai grav, edilii orasului nu promoveaza si nu modernizeaza mai nimic si in ciuda unui potential enorm statiunea decade tot mai mult.

Cand am ajuns la Hotel, mi s-a spus ca nu stiu nimic despre rezervarea facuta pe booking.com dar ca ma ajuta. Nu am putut plati cu cardul. Am fost nevoit sa merg la bancomat sa ridic numerarul necesar. Aceasta situatie se repeta la avcest hotel.

Appena arrivati ci hanno detto che la nostra prenotazione non era valida poiche` avremmo dovuto inviare direttamente all'hotel una mail di conferama (ma quando mai......) alla fine siamo riusciti a convincerli a farci dare una camera con letti singoli. Il parcheggio e` quasi inesistente e abbiamo dovuto lasciare le chiavi alla reception; la camera era spaziosa ma si vedeva benissimo che era stata pulita in maniera sommaria. La colazione e` stata piuttosto povera. Per concludere al momento del check out ci hanno detto che dovevamo pagare in contanti perche` il sistema era temporaneamente fuori uso.

Scandalous: the hotel doesn't accept Credit Cards for payment. Their motivation that the line is defect is not credible. The situation has been mentioned by other visitators also one month ago (see reviews on Booking.com). I cannot recommend this hotel while the payments can be done by credit cards.
