Accesibility/location. The reception and porter staff were very friendly, as was the majority of the waiting staff. Rooms clean. The facilities are poor, for the prices. The mini bar prices and telephone charges are bordering on extortionate. There are no exercise facilities and not even shampoo. The safe did not work properly. Breakfast was particularly poor and the food was bland and non descript |

Rooms are comfortable, big and clean. bathroom include jacuzzi. Breakfast are fair - an american buffet. Hotel location is about 500 meters from Piazza Unirii which is the heart of the center of Bucharest. not so pleasant taking a shower, the handle's pipe is very short. |

New hotel with modern and clean rooms. Free wireless internet in the lobby and free internet in the room. no swimming pool, Everybody was smoking everywhere in the hotel. |

The hotel is new, the room is very nice and clean, the bath tube was actually a jacuzzi which was a nice surprise. All staff was extremely kind and helpfull and smiling. Having a late check-out without charge was not a problem. The food in the restaurant was also very good and staff very nice. Slippers and bathrobe were available in the room. The eggs/ omelette at breakfast room were cold as they are not placed in a heating/ maintaining the temp device.The hotel does not have Spa & Wellness center as described on booking.com |

Acueil, possibilité de parler italien, le petit déjeuner (buffet à volonté), possibilité de dîner dans la chambre. Le personnel ne parle pas français. |

Το δωμάτιο είναι καλό για χαλάρωση και ξεκούραση με καλή αίσθηση διακόσμησης. Το πρωινό μπορεί να γίνει καλύτερο. |

Erinomainen sijainti ja asioiden hoitaminen hotellissa helppoa Hotellin tarjoama autokuljetus lentokentälle ei toiminut toivotusti. Tilasin auton edellisenä päivänä, mutta jostain syystä tilausta ei välitettykään kuljettajalle, ja olisin myöhästynyt koneesta, jollen olisi ajoissa alkanut epäillä jonkin olevan vialla auton viipyessä. |
