The staff was helpful, the rooms were sparkling and very comfortable and the breakfasts were delectable. We (my 2 adult children and myself) visited a nearby village where my Dad was born 104 years ago. We found cousins we didn't know we had. No one spoke English and I know very little Hungarian. The first day we made due with Google translate. The second day the hotel staff helped us find a local young man to act as interpreter. He spent 6 hours with us and our new family and became a new friend as well. The Hotel Satu Mare City made a remarkable trip even more remarkable. If I ever have the opportunity to go back, we will definitely stay there.

Kamers netjes. s'nachts lekker stil. Bediening bij het ontbijt vriendelijk en attent. Ontbijt - iedere morgen was alles wat warm moest zijn koud. ( eieren ) Mannelijke receptionist was erg onvriendelijk en kortaf ,de laatste avond gevraagd om wake up call om 04:30 uur wat niet gedaan werd (waarschijnlijk te druk met internet of buiten aan het roken ),waardoor ik het bijna had verslapen. In mail van u werd mij verteld dat ik een fles water en een fruitmandje aangeboden zou krijgen. ( niets van gezien )

service , vriendelijkheid en belangstelling. blijkt dat comfort kamers en luxe kamers gelijk zijn. Wij hadden 2 kamers geboekt 1 comfort en 1 luxe. Prijs verschil 100 euro. Kamers zijn precies gelijk en als argument werd opgegeven dat alle kamers ge upgrade waren. Dit is 2 jaar geleden. Waarom dat verschil betalen? Moet onderzocht worden.

Ho apprezzato la posizione della struttura. La buona volonta' e la versatilita' del personale. Molto cortese ed educato. Familiare. L'unico neo ma lieve la carenza di parcheggi coperti.

Camera deluxe molto spaziosa e ... bagno con bidè!!! In camera c'è tutto quello che serve. Non c'è la moquette, ottimo per gli allergici alla polvere! Colazione ottima, c'è tutto quello che serve anche se presentatoin modo minimale. La camera è un po' rumorosa: si sentono i rumori del corridoio. Nel bagno l'aria umida si condensa sullo scaldasalviette quando è spento, pertanto non si sa dove poggiare gli asciugamani.

Chambre spacieuse et très confortable avec un excellent rapport qualité prix, petit déjeuner varié et copieux, personnel très agréable et aux petits soins. dommage que le restaurant ne soit toujours pas actif...

De strakke inrichting en het verzorgd ontbijt. De ligging. De douche van kamer 202 is te klein om zonder gordijn of deur te douchen.

Great rooms, nice design. I was missing a sauna or a fitness room from a hotel of such quality. Also it would add to its value if you could have dinner in the hotel'srestaurant.

De departe cel mai bun hotel din Satu Mare, camere mari, liniste si confort. Bine amplasat, la 10 minute de mers pe jos de centru. Parcaj subteran si wireless gratuite. mici incoveniente de genul chiuveta prea mica la baie sau dusul fix din tavan, lumina insufiienta in dormitor. Sunt pareri personale, care s-ar putea sa nu fie o problema si pentru altii.
