Staff-ul hotelului este extrem de serviabil si placut. Am primit tot sprijinul, pe toata durata sederii. Hotelul este foarte bine situat, in apropiere de centru, de zone comerciale, de restaurante/terase. De exemplu, desi in general curatenia a fost OK - am vazut paianjeni (praf) intr-un colt de camera, pe tavan. Deasemenea, desi mobilierul, dotarile de baie sunt in general noi si in buna stare - unele reparatii ar trebui facute cu mai multa grija pentru detalii pentru ca totul sa fie intr-adevar perfect.Altfel, hotelul este foarte dragut si convenabil. |

The staff were very pleasant, restaurant was very good and stayed open until 11:30pm, wireless internet was solid and work flawlessly, room was clean and spacious. It would have been nice if there were a minibar in the room. |

The entire staying was a pleasure: perfect location, service, cleanliness,car parking.... excellent value for the money. This is an upscale hotel with all the amenities you expect from that kind of establishment. Highly recommended! |

The hotel was in a good location, and my room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was really good. I didn't eat at the hotel, apart from breakfast, but the breakfast was good and the dinner menu was reasonably priced with lots of choices The toiletries were very limited |

Hotel very well designed indeed. I particularly enjoyed the lights above the bed, very cool! Very big bed and confortable too. I really liked the breakfast buffet...delicious. This is an upscale hotel with all the amenities you expect from that kind of establishment. Good size car park too. This is a very good address. Don't bother attending the free wine and canapes invitation from the hotel. This is a joke! Location is not really central. You have to walk about 10 min to reach the main Republic square. |

very friendly staff and even though the rooms are simple, they are extremely spacious and comfortable. This is was second stay, and the size of the bed still impressed me. breakfast. No plates, no spoons, no rolls and only dry bread with no toaster. We had to ask for everything. And the cheese was in between the meet, not very vegetarian friendly. |

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. My departure was early, before breakfast, so the kitchen made sandwiches for me. The room was a bit too warm. |

Location, breakfast, staff. 1. The bed was too hard for me. 2. The bathroom should have hooks on the door or wall to allow hanging of clothes or pajamas. Where would these be otherwise while you are taking a shower ? Are you supposed to enter naked in the bathroom ? |

Less smell of tobaco smoke in the non-smoking room in comparison to other hotels I stayed in Romania. One of the hotel staff was a bit rude to my colleque who reported a problem with the toilet not flushing. His response what "it is 8:00pm already and I cannot get anyone to fix the problem...". I would have expected a bit more caring approach even if they could not get help, just investigate the problem or offer to move the gues to another room.! |

Die Nähe zum Zentrum znd die Architektur waren besonders gut, ebenso der Service und besonders die Küche mit dem Personal waren erstklassig. Leider war die Duschabdeckung sehr undicht und das offenbar schon lange, weil die Dichtungen schon sehr defakt waren. |

Sehr sauber, ruhig, geräumig, nicht weit vom Zentrum. Sieht innen besser und moderner aus, als es von aussen zunächst den Anschein hat. Nettes Personal. Kaum negatives zu sagen, ausser vielleicht, dass bei offenem Fenster Zigarettenqualm von unten heraufdringen kann, dass der Frühstücksraum im Keller ist (kein Tageslicht oder Terrasse bei schönem Wetter), dass es sehr wenig Brotsorten zum Frühstück gibt und dass die Zimmer nicht wirklich eine schöne Aussicht haben. |
