Hotel Select  

The hotel has been recently refurbished however the refurbishment was not the quality one would expect.The staff in the bars and restruarant were very good and extremely helpful.

The refurbishment work was very good in most areas but the critical ones were not good, clearly they have skimped on the cost in certain areas. We had a nice room but the bathroom had a very cheap shower installed which leaked every time you used it resulting in a flooded bathroom every time you used it. This was pointed out to the mangement and they made promises this would be rectified which did not happen, we had extra towels to mop up the water which is not a result, I did not pay for a hotel room to have to mop up the water after a shower. The other very important item is that the hotel caters for weddings which is fine, however Romanian weddings are all night affairs which go on until 6 am in the morning with very loud music and big drums booming all night, on the last 2 nights of our stay I.E. the Saturday and Sunday we had no sleep at all as our room was directly above the function suite, not a good experience at all. The management clearly must do something about this.We requested a wake up call for the morning of our departure which did not happen, luckily I woke up very early as I did not trust them.The quality of the room service was questionable, the beds were made but nothing else was touched, we had to clean glasses etc ourselves, however they were very quick to restock the mini bar.

Staff is very accommodating.

It's remodeled classical building. beautiful, comfortable clean. Good terrace and cake shop, bakery in the hotel. Wifi is free. Very reasonable price.

Internet connection in the room not stabil

The most pleasurable room I have stayed anywhere in Iasi and Romania

We had a very nice room with all the amenities and at a good price.

De nota 10 - doar pentru ca 11 nu exista. Nu stiu multe hoteluri in Romania la acest nivel.

Fara veioze pe noptiere - iar aplicele de ambele parti se activau de la un unic intrerupator - neplacut daca un ocupant la patului dublu vrea sa citeasca iar celalat sa doarma.

Muy buenas habitaciones. Hotel muy amplio y muy bien situado en la ciudad. Personal muy atento y restaurante magnífico.

La habitación era algo ruidosa , pues estaba en el segundo piso y las ventanas daban a una calle principal con tráfico y tranvías desde primera hora de la mañana.

φτωχό πρωινό και πολύ δυνατή μουσική στο εστιατόριο! ακούγετε στα δωμάτια και δεν μπορείς να χαλαρώσεις

Totul a fost la superlativ. Acest hotel isi merita din plin calificativul de 4 stele, totul este perfect: personal, servicii, structura incaperilor din hotel.

Nu am nimic de adaugat la acest capitol.

η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική και το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό και πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει.

οι κατάλογοι στα εστιατόρια ήταν μόνο στη ρουμανική γλώσσα. θα έπρεπε να υπάρχει κατάλογος και στα αγγλικά.

hotelul este foarte central, are o terasa si un restaurant unde se servesc mancaruri si bauturi delicioase. Camerele sunt spatioase la fel si baia , foarte curat , lenjeria schimbata zilnic, la fel si prosoapele. Personalul este foarte dragut si amabil. Cladirea unde este amplasat e o cladire veche renovata cu aer burghez . Mobilierul este intre clasic si usor modern .

3 lucruri pot fi deranjante : -petrecerile din restaurantul hotelului ( gen nunti, botezuri cununii ) pentru ca zgomotul se aude destul de bine chiar si la etajul 2 .- menajera sa cu aspiratorul pe hol la 9-10 dimineata cand inca oaspetii hotelului se odihnesc - draperiile nu sunt inchise la culoare, astfel ca dimineata camera e scaldata in lumina ( asta e o problema pentru cei care prefera somnul pe intuneric )
