Don't go there ! I made a booking at this hotel with 3 days ahead after which I sent them an email to confirm my booking. They never answered. The hotel manager called me on the day of my arrival just 5 minutes before I got to the hotel, telling me that there were no rooms left. I tried to explain that I had a reservation made but he didn't care that much. He excused himself explaining that the hotel was full due to a bus of tourists that arrived that very morning. He didn't care about my reservation.So I had to search another hotel and I found one after 4-5 calls made, most of the hotels being fully booked.

Very good price; helpful staff; clean and big room; nice location to start your trip to monasteries from. Bed was old and hard to sleep on; restaurant at the hotel didn't work, so to eat I needed to go out every time.

Das Zimmer war auf der Seite des Flusses und daher ruhig, obwohl das Hotel an einem Verkehrsknotenpunkt liegt. Kein Frühstück vorhanden. Das Wasser war lauwarm, man konnte nicht duschen.

A kilátás A szoba ajtót a huzat folyton mozgatta, ha valaki a folyosón egy másik szobából ki-be járkált. Az ágynemű teljesen műszálas, ahogy mozogtam a sötétben, folyamatosan szikrákat szórt. Nem lehet reggelit kapni. A meleg vízre fürdésnél vagy 5 percig várni kell, a wc, ahogy ráültem billegett...

Calidad-precio buena. Buena situación. No del hotel, sino de la ciudad (Gura Humorolui). Es una ciudad fantasma, no se encuentra ni un restaurante a partir de las 20:00. Esta ciudad está bien porque tienen muy cerca muchos de los monasterios de Bucovina, pero la ciudad en si es muy triste, está muerta del todo, mejor hace noche en otro sitio

Personalul a fost amabil. Decorarea camerei. Au frigider in camera. Pozitia hotelului. Desi a fost frig, nu au putut furniza caldura in camera. Asta, desi seara ne dadusera sperante ca vor incerca sa faca acest lucru.

Llegamos sobre las 20:00 horas al hotel y nos dicen desde el hotel que no quedan habitaciones libres,pero que tienen otro hotel mas lejos si queremos.Nos trasladamos con nuestro proprio coche a otro hotel,que no tenia nada que ver con el hotel en que teníamos reservado.EL otro hotel no tenia ni restaurante para cenar ni para desayunar ,tampoco ascensor para subir las maletas.Lo han hecho muy mal sin avisar sin contactar con nosotros.

El precio y la ubicación. Habitación amplia. La sauna no funcionaba. El restaurante estaba cerrado. En la habitación 11 no llegaba la señal de wifi. La cama es la peor en la que he dormido nunca.Los colchones eran malos, finos y estaban deformados. No había nevera en la habitación. Por la mañana te despiertas con toda la claridad porque las cortinas dejan pasar toda la luz. No volvería a dormir allí ni aunque fuera gratis...

персонал не знает никакого языка кроме румынского. ресторана при отеле нет! они конечно ооочень старались-для переночевать 1ночь-сочетание цена качество. находится 5 км от монастырь Воронец. если жарко и нельзя закрытть окна-рядом проходит железная дорога.

отель чистый, персонал работает. проездом остановились на ночь. въехали в ночь, уехали рано утром. выбирали по цене. в целом там и продолжительно можно жить. одна из машин на стоянку не влезла, но припарковали у входа в отель.
