The hotel staff could not do enough to help us, everyone was friendly and the hotel itself was excellent value for money. Initially when I booked, I was looking at 4 people staying but we ended up with one extra, and at no extra charge on the room or for breakfasts, the hotel added a spare bed to one of our rooms, which were spacious, clean and comfortable. Fantastic stay and we have all said we'll all go there again.

The hotel location is fine. 15 min away with taxi to airport and 15-20 min away from city center. Right next to hotel is tram stop which takes you to the center. Staff of the hotel overall very friendly. Breakfast is okey. Not much of healthy breakfast options though. Bed is comfy. Room has enough of space. If you prefer to open room windows to get a fresh air in - you can't do it in Pullman. Windows are sealed. Some strange smell in the room - maybe old dirty carpets. Tap water smells of chlorine and not drinkable. Make sure you have plenty bottled water for making a coffee or tea as well as for drinking.

We chose the hotel because it was highly rated, near the airport and a reasonable price from booking.com. It was indeed excellent--large rooms, comfortable beds, good wifi in room, and very clean. We have nothing negative to say about it.

Amplasamentul Preturile si angajatii hotelului care incercau sa te stoarca de bani (sau erau incompetenti). Exemplu: 50 ml whiskey costa 21 euro sau la receptie am fost pus pe fiecare tura sa platesc micul dejun consumat intr-o singura zi.

Das Personal an der Rezeption ist relativ unfreundlich. Geldwechsel nicht möglich, es werden auch keine Möglichkeiten angeboten, wo man günstig Geld wechseln kann.

Gentilezza dello staff e sreuttura nuova Purtroppo come tutti I towers hotel non si possono aprire le finestre e basta questo per rovinare tutto. Non dovrebbero permettere hotel senza finestre che si aprono, almeno un cm!!!
