This was the first time I stayed at the Pullman, and everything from the staff to the facility was outstanding. Great location to the Hard Rock Cafe, The bed is very comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone. I did not like the move selection. It was very limited on what I could watch.

Although I've made a prepayed reservation the money waren't charge from my card. In fact the reservation was made with a card that expired few days after I've made my reservation, but didn't get any call/email from the hotel to let me know that there will be an issue with this.

Great staff, services, clean and comfort, one of the best hotels in bucharest even i can consider their services a 5 star hotel. The only problem on the smoking rooms because no windows are available to open, i recommend to make something about this issue or to put something inside the room to absorb or clean the room from the smell of the smokes.

Totul a fost ok. Atentie la prize , sigurantele de protectie sunt de valoare mica , un fier de calcat sau un alt aparat de putere mai mare te pot lasa pe intuneric. Situatia s-a rezolvat rapid , initial prin schimbarea camerei si ulterior prin inlocuirea fierului de calcat cu unul din dotarea hotelului.
