Tout était parfait, le personnel de l'hôtel est très très agréable, le petit déjeuner parfait, la vue sur le lac superbe. Le fait qu'il faut traverser la rue (4 voies) pour aller du côté de la plage et il faut forcer le passage, il n'y a pas de feux pour que les piétons puissent passer tranquillement. |

Rapport qualité/prix jamais vu nullpart ailleurs dans un hôtel 4**** !! Excellent accueil, personnel très pro et attentif à toute demande, sans être invahissant. Très bon petit-déjeuner de type buffet suédois, varié et avec des aliments frais, qui peut satisfaire pratiquement tous les gouts. Bon positionnement dans la station Mamaia. Hôtel quasi neuf (2007), tous les équipements donnent envie de passer plus de temps à l'intérieur, mais bon, on est à la mer quand même! Petits plus (mais qui nous on facilité la vie): il vous fournissent des serviettes pour aller à la plage, dans la chambre il y a un anti-moustiques, parking gratuit, climatisation même dans les couloirs. Dommage que le sauna soit payant (c'est pas une fortune mais....) |

Hôtel récent, chambres confortables et bien insonorisées, proximité de la plage (cinq minutes de marche), vue sur la lagune, petit déjeuner convenable La ville de Mamaia ne pourrait-elle pas mettre quelques feux rouges le long du boulevard principal pour obliger les automobilistes à s'arrêter pour laisser passer les piétons ? |

new hotel, spotless room with good view of the lake, good breakfast, helpfull staff, good wifi Internet connection. the tv reception was bad, being the first room on the floor the airconditioning unit was making loud noises even turned off, don't take the first room on the floor if you have problems with noise |

Food was very good. Rooms extremely clean. Staff very helpful and fluent in English. Views of lake from room very pretty. Really should have a swimming pool. Would be willing to pay more if there had been a pool! |

the hotel was very clean, the stuff is very friendly, breakfast was ok, the view over the see at the back side is nice no swimming pool, is situated very close to the main road in mamaia, the road side from the hotel is very noisy |

Kind staff and very clean and big room. Poor breakfast:without vegetarian food,only one type of bread,the tomatoes and fruits was not fresh sliced,no olive oil on the tables,no fresh salads.Noisy room on the road side. |

We had a very good experience in this hotel with extreme friendly staff that immediately assisted us with all questions, the rooms were clean and nice and the kitchen of good quality - I absolutely can recommend The very minor remark may be the sleeping room at street side with heavy traffic, but I mostly slept through the noise. In any case, the beach side hotels could have more troubles at high season with partying people. |

Staff was great, they offered a free upgrade to a nice apartment for the first night and moved our stuff the next day. The hotel looks brand new and is well appointed. Also price was great for the season. Breakfast was average. |

Staff is extremely polite, friendly and they made you feel so welcome .......Andrea is also very pretty! Service is impeccable! The hotel was modern and the rooms were comfortable, a great size and with a lake view.I have lunch on Restaurant just the last day, and i' m sorry for it because food and service was excellent, prices very reasonable. I hope to come back soon in this hotel! With a swimming pool on the garden near the lake the hotel will became the top on Mamaia! |

Staff was extremely polite, friendly and kind, service was impeccable! Everyone spoke very good English; we couldn’t believe that we were in an eastern European country! Restaurant was I think the best we could have found in all Mamaia so we ate all our meals there. Food was delicious, service once again polite and kind and prices very reasonable. Be careful with the hotel massage unless you want to have "all included".....!!! Although, afterwards the hotel personnel dealt with it in style, gave our money back etc and the next day we even had a small gift in our room. So no hard feelings after all! |

It was the best hotel in Romania during our 2-weeks trip. Everything was perfect: ideally clean rooms and whole hotel, the food, all the people working in the hotel were so nice and helpful. Nothing to complain. I would definitely return to Splendid. |
