Clean roooms, nice staff, good food in restaurant, close to the airport. Local telephone charges are outrageously expensive when called from room. |

The hotel is well situated between the two airports and city center. Supermarket across the street. Restaurant at bottom floor with reasonable breakfast. A few restaurant options nearby. Hotel bill in 3 currencies felt serious and honest. Somewhat small rooms but for the price what could be expected. Very clean, beds a bit on the hard side for my taste. Good value for money. The dinner course i tested was not good. |

The staff is very professional and polite. Few month ago I forgot several personal belongings at this hotel in the room and now, after so long time I received them back from the staff of the hotel.The room is large, well designed and very clean.The location of this hotel is close to the Baneasa airport and close to subway station. |

The staff were friendly and willing to help; the room was clean and confortable though a little bit small. Not very many alternatives for the breakfast (not poor, though), and pretty bad coffee... |

The staff at the reception is polite, very helpful and tried to accommodate any request (copy documents, use of internet, any information about the city and transportation). The hotel is clean and has a very nice familiar atmosphere. |

The room was large, the staff at the reception were very polite and try to solve any request. The room parfume was very stron and I could not sleep well during first night. Second day the room was not cleaned. The staff in the restaurant were absent (staff more interested in gossip in the kitchen than serving in the restaurant) |

The hotel felt warm and cosy. The restaurant was closed before 20.00 o'clock although it said in the room leaflet that it is opened until 21.30. Also it is not explained clearly how to get there. |

Geamurile nu etanseaza suficient de bine nici in camera, nici in baie, astfel ca in nopti geroase, asa cum a fost la data sederii mele la hotel, este curent si destul de racoare in camera, cu tot efortul instalatiei de incalzire |

Ligging in goede wijk nabij vliegveld (banessa)Prijs, faciliteiten.Goed ontbijt.Zij verzordgen een taxi (met naam,wachtend op het vliegveld) tegen betaling uiteraard. Veilige omgeving. Harde (verouderde)bedden. |

Nähe zum Stadtsee, etwas ruhigeres Quartier, Badezimmer sauber, gute Klimaanlage bei ziemlicher Hitze (37° C.) veraltetes Bett, undichte Fenster (lärmig), Restaurant mittelmässig, Service langsam (wohl der Hitze entsprechend). Vorschlag: 3- statt 4-Sterne Hotel. Wireless hat nicht funktioniert, obwohl vorhanden - Erklärung, gehe nur ohne Probleme im Parterre event. 1. Stock, "unsicher im 2. Stock, wo ich war"! |

Nette und aufmerksame Mitarbeiter, saubere Zimmer, fast -internet, Abendessen gut und preiswert ( 9 Euro, ab 21.30 keine warme Küche mehr ) somit insgesamt alles ok Kaffee morgens sehr bitter, womöglich reine Sorte Robusta , daher meine Empfehlung : kostet extra aber gleich cappuccino oder espresso bestellen ! |
