staff was very kind, hotel was clean and nice. hard to find parking place around the hotel in the restorant I ordered a salmon, which was not fresh, not good at all

I enjoyed staying at Best Western Stil. This hotel has the best rate comparing with other Best Western hotels in Europe&USA that I frequently book for my business trips. The room is clean&modern, very good internet connection(free) and I realy apreciated the individual temperature control for AC in the room that in most hotels doesn't work. The dinner was fabulous and very cheap. I will definetely return here.

The stay was excellent, mostly due to the staff. I was treated in the best way with great care. I could say that it was one of my best hotel stays for the last few years. The room was very clean. The breakfast was also very nice and fresh. I really enjoyed the fragrant smell of flowers in all the public areas.PRO: free internet, near Herastrau Park.

Hôtel de bon confort et bien tenu. Petit déjeuner satisfaisant. Une place de parking était proposée dans la présentation de l'hôtel sur demande expresse au moment de la réservation. La promesse n'a pas été tenue. D'autres clients arrivés en même temps que nous ont eu le même désagrément. Cette offre serait-elle mensongère? La salle de petit déjeuner n'est pas très agréable, car située en sous-sol.

Dragut hotel, personalul este foarte prietenos si gata sa te ajute. Camera are o suprafata decenta, arata bine; singura chestie e ca hotelul se afla pe o strada pincipala si poti auzi traficul dis de dimineata, de la 6 am.

Services definitely not a of a 4* hotel. We spent one night in June in a hot period and the air conditioning was not functional. Our room was in direct sunlight and there was a dreadful sauna atmosphere. Breakfast was very minimal, at 9 a.m. (in a Sunday) the trays were empty, almost nothing to choose. We brought the issue to the attention of the staff in charge and were told that food finished because they had a group of people... Bad client management or rather simple lack of hospitality? Our only satisfaction was that we didn't have to stay longer...

Camera era destul de mare. La fel si baia. Aerul conditionat nu functiona. Am anuntat, dar fiind sambata seara nu a avut cine sa il repare. Nici nu s-au oferit sa imi dea alta camera, desi gradul de ocupare era cam mic. Micul dejun a fost slab.

Amplasarea Hotelul nu corespunde pentru 4 stele. la 3 stele da, dar nu 4! nu are nici finisajele nici mobila si nici utilitati de 4 stele.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix dans le cadre d'un budjet limité. Personnel toujours souriant, disponible et serviable. L'hôtel se trouve à 10 min à pieds du parc Herastrau et à 15 min du centre-ville en voiture.
