Very friendly and professional staff. Clean, huge room.

Cannot easily park when you check in. The hotel resides in a car free plaza. There is underground parking you should pull in that driveway.

The location

- the room with a view over some technical parts of the hotel - everything was closed (restaurant, bar) - internet didn't work. They offered another room after we unpacked. We didn't try. - staff did not understand the problem in the evening. - staff in the morning didn't listen to my complaints, she just ignored them - breakfast : I never tasted a country omelet that only tasted like water.

In the rooms is not allowed to smoke, that's excellent, but I don't understand why the hotel staff accept peoples to smoke on the hallways. Maybe someone will decide to take the ashtrays forbidden to smoke in all areas of the hotel.

An impressive historic hotel in the centre of Iasi. Very large room with a kettle & fridge, and the view on to the main square was excellent. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice. I liked staying there.

The evening meal was ok but nothing special. Bed could do with replacing, wasn't particularly comfortable.

Location is great, clean rooms, nice and helpful staff, great breakfast.

I couldn't use the wifi in the room as they gave me a cable to connect to the laptop but I was using an iPad.

I liked the architecture especially from the outside. The staff were very nice and the location was perfect.

The buffet breakfast was cold....eggs, bacon and sausage as a rule tend to be served hot at breakfast !

The staff was very friendly and willing to help. The breakfast was rich. The ambiance is pleasant in the room and at restaurant also.

le bruit de la ventilation centrale, pourrait être mieux isolé phonétiquement.

Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου στο κέντρο της πόλης. Το ιστορικό κτήριο που σχεδιάστηκε από τον Αϊφελ είναι καταπληκτικής ομορφιάς που δεν το έχουν όμως αξιοποιήσει με γούστο

Απαράδεκτο προσωπικό που δεν μιλούσε καμία ξένη γλώσσα. Χαλασμένο ψυγείο στο δωμάτιο που μύριζε άσχημα και δεν έδωσαν σημασία στις εκκλήσεις μας να το αλλάξουν. Ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο, κακόγουστα επιπλωμένο. Πραγματικά κρίμα για ένα τόσο καταπληκτικό κτήριο...

mobilierul vechi nu chiar pentru un hotel de 4 stele , baia foarte mica dupa ora 22 nu poti fi vizitat de oaspeti externi decat daca se inregistreaza la receptie - cam comunist dupa parerea personala nu prea este un hotel de 4 stele.

Buona professionalita' del personale, cura e pulizia dei locali, ambiente storico ben rifinito e buona cucina. Posizione strategica per visitare il centro citta'

Arhitectura si respectarea procedurilor standard internationale din turism,practicate de personalul din receptie

Amplasarea, personalul excelent.

Locatia, arhitectura

Un hotel dragul, cochet, bine amplasat. Își merita cele patru stele.

Nu prea am de ce sa mă vait la acest hotel. Totul a fost ok. Poate, eu știu, pretul care creste odată cu apropierea evenimentului principal (ex. Sf. Cuv Parascheva, zilele Iasului ) ca la biletele de avion.
