Good internet connection, clean rooms, nice and friendly staff. And also a nice location near one of the oldest parks in the city They could improve there breakfast selection. The breakfast was good but every day the same things. |

It was very clean, the breakfast was good and it was located in a nice place near Gradina Gimisgiu which I liked a lot. The air-conditioning in the room was excellent. I really loved this place and will go back when I travel to Bucharest next time. The breakfast room was very hot and I didn't want to eat the cheese or sausage because I thought they might have gone bad. |

The staff were helpful and friendly and the room was clean and entirely adequate although the bed could have been more comfortable. The hotel is centrally located and I would stay in it again. |

Relative close to the city center and great large city park close by. The friendly hotel reception. Missing of movie channels ( other hotel in Brasov had the whole package) and the bed was really hard. As a result very bad nights. |

I very much like the hotel. The big size of the single room is impressive comparing to similar hotel in Europe. The staff is very kind and helpfull. they speak very good English. |

The food was very good at the bar/resturant. The waiters were very nice and had pleasant conversations with patrons. The hotel is located in the center of the city and was very close to museums within walking distance, subways for longer trips, and had a large park right accross the street. It was also in a fairly quiet section of town. The room was alittle small and the room could have been more clean. The staff at the front desk could have also been more friendly. |

Location central to tourist attractions. Reception staff very helpful. Breakfast was boring, needed to be varied through the week. The bar was only open till 10.00pm if at all. No tea/coffee making facilities in room and no suitcase stand. No razor point in bathroom. |

Receptionists were supporting very well. The room was very clean, and furnitures seem very new. The size of room was big, and it was also good point of this hotel. Tram is running in front of this hotel, so it's also useful. Unfortunately the bath room was a leak in the ceiling... The bath also wasn't equiped the shower curtain, so it was easy to get wet on the floor. There was a party at the restaurant of this hotel on Saturday night, and it was annoying, so we couldn't have a good sleeping until 12 am. |
