Reception staff very friendly and helpful, very good location.

One towel was used and dirty, breakfast is made of cheap products.

The location was just right - on a quiet street but close to the Cismigiu Gardens for access to the city centre on foot. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bedroom was clean, stylish and very comfortable.

There was nothing I did not like. The hotel was superb.

Excellent location very close to city centre and all amenities. Good public transport links. Clean basic room. Pleasant modern central courtyard. Staff spoke adequate English to accomodate most queries.

Surly and uncooperative bar staff first night of stay. Breakfast was merely OK . Probably best to take room without breakfast and eat elsewhere. Bed was not assembled correctly and broke to the floor on first night , staff did manage to correct the issue in morning. Do NOT BOOK this hotel for weekends if you require sleep because they have a function room that opens onto the central courtyard amplifying the noise and music making sleep virtually impossible . Staff did cooperate on moving us to another room at 1 am but the new room still had big issues with noise.

Located near the Cismigio park where you can relax and hire a pedal boat for fun. Not far from the Izvor metro station, and the old city with the Lipsicani st. 10min walk from the parliament Good air conditioning. Small clean and pleasant hotel, free parking! and WiFi. The restaurant is also where the breakfast is served. I was lucky to find this hotel, almost perfect!

I hate when they connect two small beds to form a double bed. But its like that in almost all the hotels I guess... The windows of the first floor are at the same level as the public area of the hotel so anyone there can look what you're doing in the room. Can be solved by keeping the curtains closed all the time. worth it :)

Large room, good bed, large bathroom, equipped with all necessary comforts, excellent value for money

Breakfast (included in price)selection was rather sparse, and after 4 days, rather dull, needs more variety and imagination

The 'euro-pop' playing in the restaurant/breakfast room. This was hugely irritating. I don't want to listen to club music at breakfast. What's wrong with silence?

Location is terrific, close, but not in the very center of the city, steps from Cismigiu Gardens, a 19th century plan park. On street parking is easily available, public transportation is close. Price is very reasonable, facilities are adequate if not luxurious. Full breakfast provided.

After 7 or more years, it could use some freshening, but I noticed some interior painting being done while I was there, so evidently that is happening

The staff are so nice and friendly.

The staff--those at the desk, in the restaurant, and those responsible for housekeeping--were unsurpassed in friendliness and helpfulness. The desk personnel, in particular, went out of their way to assist me with a problem I encountered during my visit. They exhibited a true understanding of the word "service."

This was the most nicest stay ever! We even gave chocolates to the receptionists when we were leaving because they were so nice to us. All our problems were solved by staff in few minutes - ordering taxi, car rental, printing documents, money exchange, even finding something to eat at midnight! The food in the restaurant was also good and our Superior room was better than our expectations - very spacious and comfortable, with HBO channel and inexpensive minibar.

Three key qualities are found here beyond the ones mentioned above - quiet but very convenient location next to a very historic park; plenty of hot water; easy to use wifi I will use the hotel again on my next visit because I really like it!

The restaurant area seems to be shared by two businesses - the hotel for breakfasts, a bistrot for the rest of the day. This led to some strange inconsistencies E.G. I couldn't have a cup of tea made with the hotel's Yellow Label tea in the evening, but had to have the black tea from the cafe-bar. It was fine, but just seemed a little odd. I have made some suggestions about the lack of covering over the cold meat and cheese on the breakfast buffet when the temperature outside was 32C - it will be interesting to see whether this will have been addressed when I next go there It was good to have two different TV screens in the restaurant, but not when the sound was on loud.

Noise level at night was overwhelming. No air conditioning.

The location was excellant.. We walked to the Lipscani District thru Cismigiu Park.. Clean and great breakfast.

The beds could have been a little less firm and the pillows could have been a little more thick...

Die Lage ist sehr angenehm ruhig und dennoch zentral. Es gibt ein gutes Restaurant und einen schönen offenen Innhof mit Service, wo man auch gut Geschäftsleute empfangen kann.
