The service was great from the start. The manager was extremely helpful, giving advice about transport and tourist activities.

The staff is very friendly and the position is quite central.

It was a little bit too cold.

I rented a flat, one room, and it is very nice apartment. This flat is situated in a good location, very close to plata Unirii. The staff who waited me when I arrived in Bucharest are very friendly and nice persons. I recommend this apartment to all foreigner guys.

Complex Unid is not a hotel, but a series of studios with central location in the city ( in communist type buildings "bloc" most of the time), so don't expect services like breakfast or reception, but if you need directions or you have questions, you have a phone number available and I'm sure the owner will help you with informations as much as possible). I stayed only one night in g11 studio, next to Cismigiu Park, everything was functional (tv, hot water, kitchen facilities....), clean, quiet, not too far from metro station Universitate, so good access to embassies and other central offices(and to tourist attractions, if interested). Purpose of my trip to Bucharest: visa application. Good value for money for a budget trip.

We liked the apartment. It is very comfortable and exactly in the centre of the city near by the old town and the night life. The man who accommodated us was very nice. There is free WiFi.

It is apartments in the center-center of beautifull city. Very good conditions for this money. We enjoied this apartments!

It is a not a hotel!!! An excellent apartment in the right place with a location with all you could need, transport(buses, metro, trains and taxis)easy access to the two airports, supermarkets , bars fast food and other restaurants on the door step.no reception, your given the keys to your apartment and left alone.

The shower door was the only item in the apartment which could do with and upgrade, and a normal kettle was missing,

Excellent location, excellent value for money, comfortable and functional furniture. The kitchen has everything you need including dishes and utensils. (The stove is gas, wear matches)

The water was not warm enough. The stove in the kitchen is gas and there are no matches or lighter.

Location is good, not far from Ceauşescu Palace.

Looking to the pictures of the hotel at this page I guess that we got the worst apartment they have. Old furniture needs to be renewed. Kitchen equipment (which you share with another apartment) should be improved because they have for example a good fridge but no water boiler and just 1 totally blunt knife for 2 apartments. So in order to make a tee of coffee you must cook water in a casserole.

Nice, cheap stay in an old apartment in the center of Bucharest.

Not clean enough :(

good spacious apartmentwith shared kitchen. nice modern bathroom and slightly faded bedroom and living room but no problem for sleeping.

it is very hard to find! you find the buildfing but it is hard to work the intercom so we asked the guy in the newstand next to the door who is obviously uased to it and he called the owner whoi came to get us. from then on it was easy ads he showed us the way. the building is unmakred as complex unid so jsut look for the bu8ilding of the number that corresponds with the address then ask the guy in the news stand!
