The location is good, the room was large and basically ok. Some of the female staff were nice and helpful, the male staff I encountered had that superior attitude "I am too good to be working here" and were most unhelpful. The female staff of the Cafe Bleu were nice, and they made great coffee. The male staff were rude and made coffee that was undrinkable. I don't know how they could mess up machine made coffee. The three food items, all sandwiches, were good. The 13th Floor restaurant has a great view, but it has all the ambience of a Soviet-era dining hall. The food was very average but the prices were high. The wait staff were indifferent, and the maitre de was downright rude. I would not waste my money here again.

Convenient location, speedy internet, wide assortment of breakfast dishes. No fitness center. Slow restaurant service, average food. Only Romanian language newspapers available, which is odd for a hotel that caters to business visitors.

We loved the breakfast all-you-can eat buffet. We've stayed here before, and with all the excellent foods to choose from, you always leave full! The juices were very good. I didn't like the stairway. If you decide to walk down the stairs, you get stuck in the stairwell, and all the exits to other floors are locked (including the main floor!) I went down the stairs and had to bang on the first floor door to get someone from Reception to come and get me out of the stairway! Scary with no cell phone! I couldn't go back to my floor either. All the doors lock when they close! I also had to ask for more toilet paper, as is custom in Eastern Europe. The refrigerator is nice to have! If you want good internet connection, ask for a room on the 1st floor. (Upper floors no signal)

The employees are amazingly nice. Our room was very big. It was spotless. The view out the window was impressive (we stayed at the 6th floor). You can park your car in front of the hotel, although it is located in the center of the city. We could walk around the city center (we tried to visit the Palace of Culture but it was being renovated). The breakfast was very nice (sweedish buffet, and a very good one).

Despite of paying extratax for surveyed parking place,the next morning after the first night, I found my car scratched over the rear left door. The security chief of the hotel just asked me if I have a CASCO insurance, justifiying there's nothing to do as they do not have video surveillance system. The local police does not accept complaints as they say it is a private parking place.Nobody cares about the tourist goods, but they claim for paying the parking without any kind of surveillance.

It was excellent: centrally located, nice room, helpful staff, free access to pc, and best breakfast we had in Romania. Definitely recommend! Price was right.
