nicht vollzentral , aber sehr gut gelegen am Rande eines kleinen Sees , zu Fuss 20min zum Zentrum . Direkt neben Iulius Mall mit allem was man braucht. Zimmer sehr gut ausgestattet , tolles Bad , modern aber nicht allzu gross. Riersenparkplatz vor dem Gebäude

Zur Reception muss man einen Stock über eine Treppe hoch , der Lift geht erst von dort hoch. Restaurant kaum zu empfehlen , Frühstück recht kümmerlich. Im Sommer ist die Restaurantterasse gut zum Aufenthalt.

Clean and comfortale rooms, friendly staff and the location was excellent, right near Iulius Mall shopping centre. Breakfast was also fair.

Excellent located, large free parking, clean, friendly and helpful staff. There are not so many things to chose from the breakfast, still is quite OK.

The parking access inter-phone was not closed correctly by the hotel responsible so the barrier was blocked. Lucky I had the hotel phone number at hand, I called and they solved this in 2 seconds.

excellent location, good sized room, reasonable room service menu.....with all the bad things....I would stay here again now I am aware of the shortcomings.

no tea & coffee making facility, uncomfortable sofa, no TV facing bed and u had to watch in the lounge area, inattentive staff even when trying to get basic info, packed breakfast for early flight was a waste of time as no cutlery provided

Cheap, clean, well maintained, friendly and helpful staff. Close the the airport (the main reason form us to choose it) and 200 metres from a very large shopping centre for last minute purchases in Romania.

There is nothing I did not like about the hotel. For the price charged it is a very good choice.

The location is right next to a small lake, very relaxed scenery and Iulius Mall, access to the mall was a huge advantage. The service was pretty good, good English by staff at reception, all my requests were met except for a double bed, but they were very friendly and apologetic about it. Room small but cozy and very practical.

Stairs too reception with suitcases is a bit silly, having to drag your suitcases up stairs to get there. Breakfast had barely anything, we arrived 9:30am, disappointed in the variety and very little amount, would advise you to have breakfast at Starbucks or another restaurant at the mall, don't pay for the breakfast it is not worth it.

Room (suite) was spacious, sparkling clean and nicely furnished / equipped; reception staff were courteous, helpful and efficient. The hotel is right next door to the very modern and pleasant Iulius Mall, situated between this and the lake which provided a pleasant environment.

The suite had no balcony despite this being part of the description on booking.com; when we spoke to the receptionist, we were told that one suite has a balcony and the other doesn'T. More importantly, though, the air conditioning in the suite was completely ineffective and as there were large windows facing East it was extremely hot and uncomfortable (we were there during a heatwave at the start of July), resembling a sauna. Our intention had been to relax in an upscale room before an early morning flight; unfortunately, we ended up having to go and sit in a bar in the mall instead as this had working air conditioning! If the room had been cooler then we'd have had an excellent time - as it was, though, we were thoroughly miserable. This is the single reason I can't recommend the hotel; if you're not concerned about heat, or if your stay's going to be during a cooler time of year, then it'd be a great choice.

The Hotel was excellent, the staff were amazing. Friendly and helpful they just made my stay even better. I was in room 406 and had a lake view which was lovely and interesting too. I can't recommend this Hotel highly enough, the rooms were clean and tidy and spacious. Everything worked and there is even a mini bar with a few things. Very reasonably priced too. The restaurant was very nice and the terrace outside was a pleasant place to sit with a cold beer. If you are going to Cluj-Napoca on a budget, you could do a lot worse.
