I like the hotel, it is amazing..the staff is nice, and willing to help you anytime of the day,

The food- the breakfast in the first day we stayed was amazing, international bufet, but after the first day started to be less and less food, kinda poor for a 5 star hotel. And also the restaurant, the food is overpriced, and not really that good....

In-house restaurant was excellent, so was the pool and exclusive beach-area 10 yards away. The staff were friendly and helpful (which is rather unusual for Romania as a whole), and the price was absolutely fair. If I am ever to return to Mamaia, I will certainly not stay anywhere but the Vega hotel.

Restaurant a little overpriced.... + a hotel of this status should have a real spa. The massage I had was excellent, but the facilities are really too small: no turkish bath, two seater sauna.... + you have to make reservations for the sauna...

Hotel staff

Not able to reach a hotel booking/reservation individual on the weekend. He was unable to accommodate any of our needs. I did however get our embassy personnel rooms on my own the same day that he said he could not??

Personalul hotelului nu stia si nu vroia sa respecte conditiile descrise pe www.booking.com. Am rezervat o camera dubla pentru care se mentiona foarte clar pe www.booking.com faptul ca este gratuita cazarea pentru copii sub 12 ani. La hotel ne-au mentionat ca www.booking.com nu este site-ul hotelului si ca trebuie sa platim pentru copil suplimentar fata de pretul afisat pe www.booking.com

Cred ca este singurul hotel cu adevarat de 5 stele de pe llitoralul romanesc. Pacat ca se vede Petromidia!

Am gasit o plaja privata foarte curata. Beach barul Oasis este chiar o oaza de relaxare unde poti bea cafea la nisip. Personalul a fost foarte amabil.

Camera este foarte curata si personalul care asigura cur.atenia foarte amabil si receptiv. Apartamentul senior este foarte frumos. Calitatea somnului e buna camerele sunt destul de bine izolate si hotelul e linistit.

Personalul de la receptie a fost neinformat si neprietenos. Restaurantul hotelului nu e de recomamdat cu exceptia micului dejun.

Un hotel exceptional, care respecta toate standardele unui hotel de 5*. Lejer se poate compara cu orice hotel de lux din Turcia sau Bulgaria. Personalul extrem de binevoitor, mancarea foarte buna, camerele deosebite cu o vedere superba. As putea spune ca Hotel Vega este Marriott-ul litoralului romanesc. O sa revin cu placere la Vega.
