The hotel has been used many years ago as the place of one of the reference films of Romanian cinematography, named "Nea Marin Miliardar".
We invite you to try the most exquisite dishes inspired by Mediterranean, Asian and South-American cuisines, prepared with all the attention and talent of the best chefs. An extensive breakfast for a successful start is served daily from 07:00 till 10:00. At lunch time you have the opportunity to enjoy light and varied dishes; seasonal daily specials are also on the menu. In the evening you can savour the culinary delights in a unique and relaxed ambiance, enhanced by the sounds of the Steinway piano or our live orchestra. The Akolade restaurant is also at your disposal if you want to organize your own event, in an exclusive setting for up to 30 guests.
Cinema Bar
Surrounded by a cinema-like atmosphere, you can enjoy coffee and tea specialities and a selection of bar classics from 09:00 until 23:00 every day. In summer the bar is open also during the night.
Violet Lounge Bar
We would be happy to welcome you to the private and exclusive atmosphere of the Violet Lounge Bar situated at the highest floor of the Hotel. With a beautiful view on the sea and the beach, the Violet Lounge Bar is open daily from 19:00 until 04:00 in the morning. You can enjoy fine drinks, snacks, aged wines, cigars and tea to the sounds of a saxophone or the piano. Romantic summer nights can be enhanced by observing the stars through the telescope on the terrace.
In summer our barkeepers are awaiting you in 3 beach bars, preparing your favourite cocktails from 09:00 to 24:00.
The hotel is located on the north side of Mamaia Resort, right on the beach.
It is only 10 km from Constanta and 25 km from Mihail Kogalniceanu Airport. It is just a few minutes to the Aqua Magic Parc. Bus stops are in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

everything in this hotel was excellent the staff are world beaters We will be back here again great value for money and a great location as the reviews said before we came the rooms are a bit small and wardrobe space is scarce for a 5 star hotel Hard to change this now |

All of the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Beautiful designs and interiors, with good attention to detail. The beach was very nice and clean, the lounge chairs had comfy mattresses, and the pool was beautiful and warm. The included breakfast was excellent, with a good assortment of food. The restaurant's food preparation did not meet expectations. The presentation was excellent, but the quality of food was not up to par with the five star rating, particularly when it came to non-traditional dishes. Also, in an attempt to make it as luxurious as possible, some aspects were taken a little too far in my opinion, such as the need for the room service to prepare the bed a second time for the night specifically, or the lack of an ironing board and iron in the room (this particular aspect seems to be quite common in Romanian hotels though). |

Nice staff that tries hard. Modern facilities Yes. They had promised a room with sea view but in the room the view was of the parking and only very partially of the sea. When I complained, they said they had promised sea view not front sea view. Despite the hotel being half empty they were not gracious enough to change my room. The room service got every order half wrong but the staff was gracious about correcting their mistakes |

Od momętu zameldowania ,byliśmy prześladowani przez obsługe hotelu !!!!!! rozumiem ,że polska ma złą opinie na świecie ,ale to nie upoważnia personel hotelowy (!!!) I housekeeper (!!!) do wchodzenia do mojego pokoju (!!!) podczas mojej nieobecności !!!!!! żeby sprawdzić zawartość ,lub ilość wypitego alkoholu z drink-barku !!!!! o GODZ.6.00am (rano) kobieta z housekeeper na polecenie recepji obudziła śpiących moich gości ,gdyż miała polecenie sprawdzenie ilości wypitego alkocholu z drink-baru !!!! o 6.00 am !!!!!! było to poniżające I ujmujące godności moich gości !!!! hotel 5* !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! horror service "vega hotel 5* " prześladuje mnie do dnia dzisiejszego !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Personnel prévenant et aimable. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Impossible de procéder au réglage de la climatisation de la chambre. Le problème n'a pas été résolu malgré le fait que cela ait été signalé à deux reprises à la réception. Placard/garde-robe trop petit pour un séjour de longue durée. |
