I think the main problem with the hotels in booking.com is over estamated the star rating of the hotels. In fact, the hotel staff are nice but the quality of the hotel can only be rated at 2 star, maixmum 3 star. So far, I stayed at three hotels for my trip, all three hotels are over estimaed their star. If your booking.com does not correct this problem soon, you will get very bad reputation.

Very sympathik people from the morning ( breakfast ) till night ( nightwatchers ). The center , a nice park and the trainstation are not far away from this hotel.

It was a very pleasant stay, the location of the hotel was very convenient, close to Faculty of Law. Very friendly staff and decent sized, comfortable rooms. Great value for the price.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the hotel - it did not look good on the outside but inside it is very nice, rooms are good, staff is friendly. And locations allows to explore the city on foot. Vewry nice:)

Chambre calme et spacieuse Propreté gentillesse à la reception situation par rapport au congrés et le centre Parcs agreables autour Pas de glaçons !!! personnel du petit déjeuné pas tres souriant personnel de la reception pourrait donner plus de renseignements dans les transports en commun de l'hotel aux destinations demandées.

La ubicación del hotel. La falta de aire acondicionado. En la habitación hacia mucha calor, si habriamos las ventanas, se oia muchisimo ruido de la calle, así, és que tampoco podiamos tener aire fresco.

Huoneen siisteys, oma turvalokero huoneessa, henkilökunta sekä kylpytakit! Ensimmäisenä päivänä oli siivoojalta jaanyt ovi auki/lukitsematta. Mitään ei ollut kuitenkaan otettu henkilökunnan/muiden asukkaiden puolesta.

Very professional and well trained staff. Spacious room. Well functionining airconditioning. Walking distance to both the old centre and the parliament, and cismigiu park is just a block away in case you like to go running. Wifi works well and is free. Only minor downside is that I would prefer higher quality juice for breakfast - but this is a regional phenomenon, an not just specific to this hotel

小さいが 歴史を感じさせてくれて、家庭的な雰囲気もあり良かった。 廊下での話し声や歩く音が良く聞こえて 少し気になります。 シャンプーは 袋入りのものひとつで リンスやボディーシャンプーやローションなどが無いので 少し寂しい。
