Trevligt hotell och trevligt hotellrum. Utmärkt läge. Personalen en aning tillknäppt och relativt dålig på engelska. Men man gjorde nog goda försök. |

Close to palace but a fair walk from shopping area etc. Plenty of taxis directly outside, so not to inconvenient. Great staff. |

Very friendly staff, walking distance from palace and historic centre. Busy area but quiet rooms. Reasonable taxi fares by taxis at nearby stand (paid 7 Euros to the airport). It was rather hot in the hotel room and not possible to switch of the heating. Opening a window is an option but even at night it would give a lot of traffic noise. |

It was located in the center of the city. When we first arrived there was a bellman ready to get our bags. It was a great hotel. |

Bed is very confortable, very nice surrounding, beautiful park, central location, good Wi-Fi access, very nice staff at breakfast I would prefer fresh fruits instead of fruit salad for breakfast. Croisants on breakfast are like from yesterday. Staff should better know about nearest restaurants. They suggest only Watra (I don't like it) while there is very good libanese restaurant close to the hotel. If you do not have restaurants just give full information about what is nearby not inly just some tips. |

This is a well designed hotel, we loved the interior design, the staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel is in a great location for the palace and the old part of the city I wasn't too keen on the stray dogs outside the hotel although I'm aware this is a problem across Romania. The shuttle service to the airport was stated as driven in the hotel's mercedes. It was a small dacia - although the driver was lovely. For a 15 min ride to the airport it felt seriously overpriced. In the future I would just book a local taxi. |

First of all, our booking was transferred to hotel Opera without prior notice, it was told to us in a hotel taxi! So, all these comments are about Hotel Opera, which belongs to same TH Hotel chain. Hotel opera was ok, but was not in that prominent place. One of the night guards was absolutely rude and mock us to be stupid when we were not able to use room safe box according their false instructions! Apart from that disgusting experience, other service was ok, but a bit of smiling would not hurt anyone, right? Romania is a country where smoking is allowed everywhere, therefore non smoking rooms are not existing, I guess. |

Emplacement très central mais agréable (près du parc Cismigiu) et très bien isolé au niveau phonique. Chambres de charme bien équipées. Petit déjeuner complet. Le prix me semble un peu élevé, tout de même. |
