The reception area may look a bit out of date but the service, friendliness of the staff and room quality make it all up. It is very well located near the city center area. Recommended by friends - we'll recommend it further. |

Nice old building converted to a small hotel in a brilliant, reasonably quiet but very central location. Staff very helpful. Room quite nice. Recommended! (and Timisoara is well worth a visit!) Breakfast was OK but pretty basic. |

The location was excellent, just 100 metres from the central square. The room was big and clean. The hotel offered a free pick-up/drop-off service from/to the airport, which was very helpful because it was my first trip to Romania. |

The rooms are large and nice. Very clean toilets. However the hallways and stairs were quite unfriendly. The dinning was small and the transparent ceiling not so clean. |

The rooms are very spatious and confortable. The staff is extremely obliging and friendly. The location is excellent, in walking distance to the main historic squares ant the canal. The decoration is original of the early 20th century, which I personnally like. The windowpanes over the wood stairs are impressive. The breakfast was somewhat limited. The hotel has no liftt, what means you have to carry your luggage up the stairs (actually we had the help of the porter, but I am no sure if it is aways available) |

Pretty nice, old hotel. Basic equipment but with atmosphere. The breakfast would be a little bit better. Coffee is really awful. |

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful in recommending where I should go in the city. Picking up from the airport, booking taxis, excellent English spoken. Located well, large spacious rooms. Would heartily recommend. |

It was a very nice Hotel. Staff were very friendly. I would say it was very good value for the cost. It was a bit hard to find by car. Its not signposted in the town centre such as the other hotels and I drove past it twice. |

Ontzettend vriendelijke en hulpvaardige mensen Voor mij was er geen probleem maar voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn of invalidezou het dat wel zijn .daar er geen lift in hotel is ?????????????? + de tafellakens in ontbijt zaal zouden wel vaker verschoont kunnen worden |
