Place, price, staff

Vila Cristina is in an ideal location for skiing on the Kalinderu slopes. Andreea made our holiday an amazing experience, sharing with us her passion for skiing and Romania. The staff were all helpful and considerate and happy to suggest alternative meals when the set meals were unsuitable due to food intolerances. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble to any of the staff. We all really appreciated the fact that the restaurant was non-smoking, unlike many of the other restaurants/cafes that we frequented in the area.

The hotel is a collection of different buildings built into a hillside and therefore has steep outdoor steps connecting rooms and the restaurant. It is therefore not accessible for those with limited mobility. Although full of character it would be helpful to mentioned this for those with limited mobility.

everything! i furniture is old, the sheets were dirty, the bed was double as promissed, breakfast was poor, bathroom was dirty, it was cold in the room...

Really nice people, great kitchen, ask you what you want for dinner and prepare accordingly, welcome drinks, very nice atmosphere. Good access to other sites by car (castle, cable car) within 10 driving minutes. The location is very quiet and good for walks in the area. The size of the rooms is very good, there is an entrance area for our rooms that we could use and lock.

One thing I could mention is that the rooms were not done every day. But you just can mention it and it will be taken care of within minutes. Quite many stairs...

The Vila is situated close to a ski slope and hiking trails and 10 - 12 min walking to the center of the city of Busteni. You can easily travel to the near cities : Sinaia and Predeal. Sinaia is the old summer residents of the old king Carol I of Romania. Friendly and English speaking personnel, good chef and you can easily customize the menu without extra charge. The personnel is always interested by your opinion and is very flexible.

Destroyed equipment, dirty, bad smell, no hot water, no air conditioning. I do not recommend.

We liked everything - very friendly and hospitable staff, the design of the hotel, the spacious room that we got with a fantastic view over the village and the mountains. Definitely good value for money. We would recommend the place to anyone.

The room where we stayed has not air conditioner and fridge.Much noise from the room above us when the people were moving so we couldn't sleep til very late and next day we had to wake up very early.

Very nice reception, always open even in the middle of the night! The rooms are pretty new, and nice furnished. The breakfast is very nice. Didn't had the chance to test the dinner but i heard it's very good. Price are very reasonable and the hostel is situated 5 min from the train station. The people are ready and able to help if you want to plan a trip in the mountain.

Ceiling a little noisy, you can hear everyone walk in the room upstairs!

Primire foarte calduroasa

Personalul, atat de la receptie cat si de la restaurant, te face sa uiti ca nu ai foarte multe alte posibilitati de a-ti umple timpul liber in vila. Desi am avut anumite probleme cu camera, au fost foarte dornici sa ne ajute si deschisi la orice. Felicitari!

Am luat bilet prin booking fiind resus de la 2200 lei la 440 si crezand ca de 2200 lei voi avea anumite conditii. As fi dorit,in plus,ca atat restaurantul cat si sauna (care nu era functionala) ori spatiul de recreere sa fie in aceeasi incinta cu locatia in care am stat, avand in vedere ca era iarna si trebuia sa iesim afara. Ar fi bine sa apara aceste explicatii pe site,atunci cand se face rezervarea,pentru a putea alege exact ce ne dorim si a nu exista confuzii.

Situated near ski center of busteni.The owner ,andreea is a ski teacher.Friendly personell ,very good breakfast and dinner.I spent 5 nights...along with new year's eve.Easy free parking,big appartments.

Nu va asteptati la lux, nici curat luna nu era. Insa ofera exact confortul strict necesar pentru o excursie ieftina la munte.

Destul de bine amplasat, curat, cu personal amabil,plin de solicitudine,f cald iarna(chiar prea cald)fara posibilitati de reglare .Ne-au primit cu catelul, ceeace e de apreciat.

Pensiunea e "rustica", potrivita pt o sedere scurta ,pt excursii pe munte, nu si pt cei cu pretentii de confort sporit sau design. Intrarea, deloc imbietoare,era in plus si plina de gheta,urmata de o scara abrupta si macabra din piatra umeda, care abia aceea duce la interioare. Nu va sfatuiesc sa umblati la geamuri (un sistem defectuos,deja stricat)caci nu se mai pot inchide! Saltelele ar merita inlocuite!!,avand in vedere ca pot face diferenta intre o noapte de chin sau amintiri placute. Micul dejun este bufetul specific "suedezo-romanesc":platouri "bogate"cu 3 felii de branza si 3 de salam,aduse cu multa zgarcenie abia dupa ce se strangeau mai mult de 3 persoane(considerand binenteles ca ia fiecare o singura feliuta),omleta si cafea numai la cerere,painea la fel! In sala de mese se fumeaza cu dezinvoltura cu acordul personalului care ofera scrumiere! Nu cunosc notiunea de salata(pt ei = muraturi!) Meniul "a la carte" e de fapt fix . Izolarea fonica e inexistenta asa ca "linistea" depinde exclusiv de noroc.

Zona este linistita, aproape de partia KAlinderu (cca 400 m), usor de ajuns in centru (10 min de mers).

Mi-a plăcut faptul că locația este amplasată într-o zonă foarte liniștită, cu aer curat, foarte aproape de parcul de distracții, de pârtia Kalinderu și în preajma zonei montane împădurite. Am apreciat mult și amabilitatea personalului. Cele două încăperi țși baia erau curate și bine încălzite. Mâncarea servită seara a fost bine pregătită și acceptabilă ca preț. Internetul WIFI funcționa foarte bine.

Faptul că deplasarea spre cameră și la locul unde am servit masa solicita multă atenție pe scările labirintice și destul de abrupte.

Pretul

Restul: cel mai important lipsa confortului datorita frigului (insuficienta incalzirii), detaliile camerelor de prost gust.

Desi se lauda ca le-a fost crescuta clasificarea la 3 stele vila a ramas de 2 stele. Am stat intr-un apartament friguros iar caloriferele erau amortite. Conditiile sunt mediocre.
