Awesome building & design! Great people, very nice & helpful!

The staff was really good and serviceminded! It has a perfect location and suitable for familys with children. Although no elevator and many stairs to climb.

As a family room, it was described with two bedrooms apartment with a separate livingroom. This was however not the case and we were a little bit disappointed.

Very nice hotel in the old center of Sibiu, beautiful rooms, the staff was very very friendly.

The design of the rooms (furniture, rags everything) is very beautiful. The location is wonderful. People extremely nice and helpfull.

No air conditioning, however, being an old house the insulation was very good. I sayed in a very hot summer so maybe a little AC would have helped. A fan was provided so we were OK.

Excellent location downtown old Sibiu, surrounded by what's to be seen in Sibiu. The villa itself it's an old building renovated with care and taste. Staff was extremely helpful and positive,.

Very friendly staff, and nice room. The hotel is situated in the city centre, very close to all the important attractions, and in walking distance from the train station. They have very kindly prepared us a take- away breakfast package, for the last day when we left early.

Breakfast was quite poor choice-wise, it would be better to have more options.

however, the lack of aircondition has afected our level of comfort during the hot summer nights we happen to exprience on our trip. Understand that heatwaves not so common in Sibiu.

They have helpful personnel, who welcomed us with a glass of cold water and gave us free parking ticket. The apartment we had booked had 2 large bedrooms and 2 large beds, enough for 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 kids. Thumbs up in general :)

They should install ACs in the rooms, it's too hot inside in the summer time.

The staff was extremely helpful with all our requests, and the rooms are very quaint and quiet.

Only issue was the wifi is open so it's overloaded and we couldn't connect.

Hotel este exact ca in poze. Personalul e super. Amplasarea e perfecta.

Nu recomand vara. Nu are AC. Am fost in mai si deja era putin prea cald in camera, avand in vedere ca eram la mansarda.

Amplasarea

Nu s-a facut niciun fel de curatenie pe perioada celor 4 zile (3 nopti) cat am stat acolo. Nu au inlocuit hartia igienica ce se consumase, nu au facut paturile, n-au spalat paharele murdare. Nu au adus cosmetice. Nu exista papuci, desi sunt trecuti la facilitatile camerei. &Quot;Curatenia" a culminat atunci cand am gasit un pahar din care se bause vin, intors cu gura in jos, ca si cum ar fi fost curat, dar era nespalat. Internet wi Fi extrem de slab, aproape inexistent. Televiziune (prin cablu? Rds?) de o calitate execrabila. Telecomanda si televizorul foarte vechi si functionand foarte prost. De remarcat, oricum, ca la rugamintea noastra, au schimbat televizorul a doua zi, dar cu unul cu diagonala foarte mica, greu de urmarit chiar si de la semi - distanta. Ar fi fost in regula daca ar fi avut o clasificare mai joasa. In concluzie nu merita deloc cele 4 stele care ii sunt acordate.

locatia excelenta

lipsa locuri parcare,daca nu cunosti Sibiul ,fie ramai fara masina(se ridica) fie platesti parcare cat toata excursia. lipsa frigider in camera(camera dubla standard) televizor vechi pereti crapati comportament neprofesional(Dl.Radu),am solicitat cazarea si a catelusei noastre iar pentru simplul fapt "ca era mare" ne-a tarifat "din burta" cu 15 euro/noapte," daca era mica" ar fi fost 10 euro/noapte. desi am anuntat in a treia noapte(din patru) ca nu vom mai ramane pe factura am fost tarifati cu patru nopti,iar explicatia a fost :"poate daca mai veniti in sibiu, si mai stati la noi mai vedem atunci un discount ,ceva"(citez Dl .Radu) in concluzie cea mai proasta exeprienta care am avut-o intr-un hotel.

Emplacement parfait en centre-ville. Sympathie, disponibilité du personnel

Pas de mini-bar (donc impossible de conserver des boissons fraîches). Pas de climatisation. Petit-déjeuner très pauvre. Cet hôtel ne vaut vraiment pas un 4* (même pour les standards roumains...)

Camerele sunt curate, personal amabil, hotelul este amplasat central .

Micul dejun este ca si inexistent. Pt un hotel de 4* aveam alte asteptari. Pozele nu reflecta neaparat realitatea. Hotelul are nevoie de o reconditionare.

Am stat in acest hotel doar o noapte, la inceputul lui decembrie. Am avut posibilitatea de a alege camera in care sa stam. Hotelul arata bine, poate cu doar citeva mici aranjamente pentru sarbatorile de iarna ar arata si mai bine. Camera a fost curata, au incalzile, baia este mare. Sala de mese este chiar frumoasa si merita sa servesti masa acolo sau doar sa savurati o cafea buna. Hotelul are un potential exceptional si merita investit mai mult.

Micul dejun nu este prea bogat. Camera este slab luminata. Poate un bec mai mare sau o lustra este mult mai indicat.

Hotel con excelente ubicacion. Ambiente muy agradable. Personal atento y muy amable. Para repetir

No tiene ascensor, pero es un mal menor. Era el antiguo ayuntamiento de Sibiu. Una maravilla en el centro de la ciudad.
