Sehr gute Lage, gutes Fruehstuecksbuffet, aufmerksames und freundliches Personal

In unserem Zimmer, das unter der Holzstiege lag, hoerte man das Knarren der Stufen sehr stark wenn jemand die Stiege benutzte. Es gab von unserem Zimmer (untere Etage, billigere Kategorie) aus keine Aussicht. Auf dem Platz und den Strassen vor dem Hotel scheinen naechtliche Motorrad und Autorennen abgehalten zu werden - sehr laut. Die Fenster dichten aber sehr gut, es duerfte im Herbst, Winter kein Problem sein. In der heissen Jahreszeit schon, da es keine Klimaanlage gibt und man das Fenster oeffnen muss. Trotz der paar negativen Dinge die ich jetzt aufgezaehlt habe, wuerde ich das Hotel weiterempfehlen. Es sind einfach Dinge die man nicht veraendern kann (bis auf die Klimaanlage) Preis/Leistungsverhaeltnis ist sehr gut.

Die schöne Lage nahe der Altstadt, geräumige schön eingerichtete Zimmer. Personal sehr zuvorkommend.

I've requested laudry service, maiking the mistake of not asking the price before.. They asked me an absurd price.. 80 euro for only a few closes, also they made me pay for stuff at the bar that I've not asked for. Besides this once you get to the hotel you have to go up 3 ramps of stairs with the sutcases. The rooms are nice but ther's no air conditioning in the room, very strange for a 4 stars hotel and the noise from outside is terrible during the night. I would not recomend this hotel.

Having just been in Monte Carlo Bay Resort the week before, with rude staff and poor service, I was extremely pleased with the warmth, "can do attitude" and general excellent service displayed. Hotel is very cozy, has every luxury of a boutique hotel, staff "jumped" to help at my personal requests, such as: stacking Evian water in my room, ensuring fresh fruit was available, offering to make sandwiches to take for during the business day. Hotel is in a nice location for those seeking exercise, as well as 5 min walk to the center. All in all, I would not chose another hotel if I am in Brasov, except Villa Prato.

Any improvements: yes: hotel is practicing "green" habits, which is wonderful.. Due to this, water is depending on being activated by the room key. This takes 5 minutes to "cycle", so one must think 5 minutes before when first entering the room to "plan" for the water usage. Another unfortunate situation is not directly related to the hotel but to its location; right in front of the hotel there is a "piazza" where during the night lots of "rich kids" with fast cars are ramping -up the engines, sometimes until 4 am. Hotel has tried to speak to local police... if you are a sensitive sleeper you may be bothered as for now police cannot or will not do anything about it.

The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the centre of the all the activity, 5 minutes walk to the town square and with a beautiful view of the Brasov hills. The staff were extremely friendly and courteous and could not do enough to make our stay as pleasant as possible. I would recommend Villa Prato in a heartbeat to anyone!

Our only complaint would be that the bed is a bit uncomfortable - maybe the mattress was too thin or soft but we had sore backs in the morning.

Location, cleanliness

The building was beautiful and the staff was very nice. They cleaned and organized our room and left the breakfast open later as we were the only guests.

The location was hard to find.

L'accès à cet hotel est pratiquement impossible pour des personnes agés (très nombreuses marches à gravir sans ascenceur. Accès impossible aux personnes handicapées.

La qualità della stanza. Paccato che manchi il condizionatore e il ventilatore che forniscono è rumorosissimo

Per arrivare alla stanza non cè ascensore, ci sono oltre 60 gradini e nessuno ci ha dato una mano per il bagaglio ^^belle 4 stelle^^. Fatto curioso la colazione è compresa ma il caffe o ilcappuccino che si prende a colazione si paga

La situación y la decoración interior.

El desayuno muy pobre, sólo frío, eso no es un buffet, además pedimos un expresso y nos dijeron que le teníamos que pagar aparte después de pagar por noche 126 €. No tiene aire acondicionado. Las cortinas dejan pasar la claridad y en Brasov es de día a las 5:30 de la mañana.
