Clean and comfortable, the Villa is run by a pair of professionals. Both owners have been in the hospitality business for a long time, and it shows: they know what they're doing. They made sure we were taken care of, and had what we needed when we needed it. They are fluent in several languages - including English, German and Romanian - so communication was not a problem. Comfortable mattress, crisp sheets, big room, tasty food, affordable prices, and knowledgeable and helpful staff. What more could you want? The only spot that I scored the villa at less than excellent was the location. We had a car, so it didn't matter too much. But if you didn't have a car, it would be less than ideal.

The staff is really friendly and the pension is nice well decorated from inside. Is not really so close to central for whom like to walk but bus will thane you in central in a very short time.

Absolutely great! Extremely friendly staff, thank you the warm welcome and brilliant breakast. We felt realy at home and recommend this hotel to anyone. Oscar the dog is great!! We'll be back!

The staff, is the owner and his wife, very nice and friendly. On the walls ware all over only picture from the owners life, vacantions, trips, very beautiful. The appartement was big and very nice. The dog was also very friendly. It's a very nice familly business.

Very nice, clean and quiet place outside of midtown, but easy to reach by taxi or walking. The german owner and his wife are very friendly and helpful and make you feel at home straight away. Nice Breakfast buffet with garden tables. A nice place to start your holidays in Romania

The rooms are nice and spacious. The hosts are very nice people- willing to help. We have special dietary needs (kosher food only) and they gave us free access to the kitchen and helped us out. Nice to chat with too. a bit far from the city center.

Very well run, friendly hotel. An oasis of normality and cleanliness in a large eastern bloc city! Room was large, clean and airy with TV and wireless internet. Excellent breakfast! Secure parking too. Finding the hotel was a bit of a challenge as our TOMTOM didn't have a city plan in it, but the receptionist at the Hilton gave us a street map and marked the location :-) Sehr schönes Familienhotel, mit viel Herz und Liebe eingerichtet und dekoriert. Zimmer sehr sauber und groß mit wireless Internet und Sateliten TV. Frühstück sehr lecker mit großer Auswahl. Not in the nicest of cities! Roads very rough, but that's no fault of the hotel.

Ausgezeichneter, interessanter und sehr freundlicher Service durch die deutsch-rumänischen Betreiber, sehr gutes Frühstück, wunderbare Betten, w-lan ok. Die Einrichtung des Hotels ist sehr interessant, gespickt mit vielen Fotos aus aller Welt, die neugierig auf weitere Reisen machen. Die Lage ist nicht zentral, der Fußweg in die Stadt ist zwar machbar in 15-20 Minuten, aber der Weg selbst ist nicht reizvoll. Das Taxi kostet allerdings nur 2 Euro und dafür war das Zimer herrlich ruhig, man konnte bei offenem Fenster schlafen. Gerne wieder beim nächsten Mal in der Gegend! Danke. Wir würden empfehlen, die Küchengerüche besser aus dem Haus zu halten, war aber im Zimmer auch für feine Nasen kein Problem.

Het personeel was bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Geen moeite was teveel. De kamers waren ruim en schoon, en de koffie bij het ontbijt was uitstekend.

La decoración de las zonas comunes. La habitacion era espaciosa, de dos alturas. El trato recibido. La tranquilidad. Algo alejado del centro, pero puedes ir en taxi por por poco más de 2€. Nuestro baño, la bañera estaba debajo de la escalera y no te podías poner de pie, incómodo.
