marimea camerei; amplasarea centrala; mobilierul nou schimbarea mochetei; sa nu se mai fumeze in camera (era un miros de fum de tigara ucigator care te impideca sa adormi noaptea si toate hainele s-au imbicsit de acel miros); sa se curete si faianta din baie; sa se puna o oglinda mare in camera; sa mearga internetul in camera si multe altele |

Raport calitate/pret corect daca rezervarea se face prin booking.com. Micul dejun ar trebui diversificat. Amplasarea excelenta in centrul orasului. Camera 702 foarte mare si cu vedere spre Palatul parlamentului. |

The room was huge and had a large lounge area joining the bedroom. The staff were helpful and friendly. Very good value for money considering the walk in rate looked much higher. Although our room was non-smoking, the hotel did get very smokey and it came into our room later in the day. |

View from room 502 was excellent. Location excellent, staff friendly. Hotel staff suggested a taxi of 20 Euro to Banaesa airport and booked it the evening before. Fortunately it did not turn up (stuck in traffic), neither did another taxi they called for me. I finally hauled a taxi myself outside and paid only 20 Lei! |

They closed the restaurant during the evening because there was a private party without any announcement, not even a sandwich could be made. No information about restaurants nearby as the reception girl did not know the area... Finally there was only a snackbar open. Breakfast was also very poor. Really not a 4* hotel!! |

Great location, huge room on the 7th floor, but with shower, no bath. The staff has been incredibly nice. Far from western **** standards, but a very charming kitsch atmosphere. |

las habitaciones son muy grandes, la cama gigante y muy cómoda, el personal muy amable; ubicación céntrica, al lado de la estación de metro; el desayuno bastante escaso, hay que esperar mucho para que aparezca alguien de personal y sirva café; hay 2 habitaciones en la sexta planta que están separadas sólo con una puerta y se escucha todo. pero las demás habitaciones están muy bien |

Gute und zentrale Lage, Zentrum ist bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen oder 1 Station mit dem Bus, ich hatte ein sehr schönes großes Zimmer, neues Bad, Sehr freundliches Personal je nach Besetzung, sehr hilfsbereiter und freundlicher Rezeptionist, die Damen sehr unfreundlich Das Frühstück ist eine Katastrophe, ein Teller Wurst für alle, Toastbrot und kaltes Rührei. Mehr nicht. Kein Wasser, kein Saft, nix. Den zweiten Kaffee muss man bezahlen !!! Unverschämtheit. Tip . Um die Ecke gibts das Restaurant mit dem goldenen M, um Klassen besser !!! Das angegebene Wellnes & Spa Center im Hotel gibt es garnicht, den Tennisplatz auch nicht. |

Sehr gute Lage mitten im Stadtzentrum. Die Zimmer sind sehr gross. Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis insgesamt sehr gut. Würde beim nächsten Mal allerdings im Hotel Tania oder Rembrandt absteigen. Das Hotel liegt an einer lärmigen Strasse, also unbedingt Ohrenstöpsel mitnehmen. Das Hotelpersonal an der Reception ist zwar sehr bemüht, aber je nach Person schlicht unfähig. Frühstückbuffet am besten auslassen und anderswo in der Stadt einnehmen. |

De receptie heeft me een taxi geregeld vanaf het vliegveld, uitstekend! Ik werd meer dan vriendelijk ontvangen en geholpen tijdens mijn verblijf. Hotel ligt op een prima locatie en de kamer was zeer netjes. Het personeel is zeer beleefd en behulpzaam. Ik voelde me er zeer op mijn gemak. De douche was iets aan de krappe kant, maar wel zeer proper. De waterdruk was niet helemaal optimaal. Een klein plattegrondje van de stad hadden ze wel mogen hebben. |
