Пахло в номере плохо;(

I liked the location of the hotel in relation to the centre of Bucharest. Also the staff were friendly and always willing to help me. The closeness of the hotel to the old city area was a bonus and meant i could walk to most places without the need of a taxi.

Could be a bit noisy with the sound of traffic outside on the lower floors

the hotel was very nice, the staff were very friendly from arriving the room was big enough, TV and DVD could be more up to date but didn't go there to watch TV,the mini bar could have been colder, but apart from that i had a very nice stay

It was in a good location, close to unirii to walk to and the old city where all the bars are, and a park just over the road which is very nice

The location of the hotel and the room size are excellent. But thats about it.

Whilst the hotel was ideal in both price and location the service I received was at best very poor, the internet rarely worked and when complained about all the staff did was reset the modem which did nothing, the breakfast was a small selection of cold meats and cheese accompanied by rather dry bread ( no facility to even make toast ). The room was comfortable but covered in dust, I had to complain to get the bed sheets changed, the excuse they used was they thought I was checking out ..... a day early (maybe I should have) ?? They even had the nerve to over charge for my stay. Dont try contact reception on a night after the bar closes, you will find them either sleeping in the bar or on the sofa in the reception ..... good customer service I think not

Spacious room, near to the centre and parcs (Izvor) where you can rent bikes for only 15 RON a day. Fast WiFi in every room.

Clean, comfortable and great value for money.

The staff was terrific, especially Oana. She made arrangements for a tour of the nearby Parliment Building and the next day she arranged for a short private car tour of the city, she's great. Our balcony view from room 502 was beautiful, it really did overlook the Parliment Building. Breakfast was good, not great, but definitely good. Location is about a 10 minute walk from old town.

Let the hotel get your taxi's its a better price (approx 1.40 lei per km) some taxi's charge 3.50 per km, its posted on the side of the cars, so watch for it at the airport.

Camerele sunt foarte Mari curate. Personalul foarte amabil. E un hotel bun sa mergi cu copil pentru ca are spatiu in camera sa se joace.
