Am apreciat designul si confortul hotelului. Staff-ul este prietenos si profesionist.

Amplasarea centrala

Curatenie,personal,zgomot,NU esste un hotel de 4* !!!!!! doar de 2*

amplasarea hotelului,modul in care este decorat ,amabilitatea personalului de la receptie si din salonul pentru micul dejun.

dotarea cabinelor de dus cu suporti pentru sapun sau sampon,inca un recipient pentru gunoi,apa plata in frigider,realizarea sau functionarea unor elemente de decor care sa dea mai multa caldura holului de la intrare,altfel cu o arhitectura remarcabila,eliminarea unor buticuri de la parter ,care nu influenteaza in bine imaginea hotelului

Arhitectura clasica,confortul si amabilitatea personalului.

In baie nu exista sapuniera,am facut dus cu sapunul in mana sau pus pe pardoseala.

Camera si baia spatiioasa

Renovarea fotoliilor din antreu si din casa scarilor. La fel, zona unde se ia micul dejun are nevoie de ceva renovar maiales podeaua.

Rooms are very nice but....... our room had no heat and the temperature outside was about 3 degree centigrade. No attempt was made to rectify the situation and when we asked for a discount in light of the cold we were ignored.

Central location to pedestrian mall and main plaza was excellent. Breakfast was very good.

I stayed in one of the three-beds suites. The bathroom is great but just above the bathtub, the paint on the wall was decayed because there is not enough faience and the water reached the paint; also, in the bathroom should be more towel hangers. Another thing - the internet connection did not work! If these things are improved, the hotel is perfect!

I have repeatedly choose this hotel for its elegance and beauty. The room was cleaned dayly by a very effective and pleasant cleaning staff. It is situated in the center the most beautifull square acroos the city hall. The old world charm of the hotel its richness of the decoration , chandellier very wide corridors beautifull elegant colors of decor smoothing to the eye and the sense of estetics. The breakfast also served in a beautifull setting with an option top eat outside on the top floor looking on the roofs of the surrounding residential building and the churches , and one synagogue can be recognized by its unique architecture.Can't wait for my next trip to be able to stay there for more memorable days.
